The maintenance worker was friendly and informative.

Technician was punctual, efficient. He took pride in prepping the area with drop cloth to minimize damage to home décor. Overall the work was done well. However communication could have been a little better clearer as it related to cancellation of Mellon Bank finance request

Tom, the sales representative was great. His presentation was very thorough and for the most part very accurate and transparent. My only disappointment is that the stairlift operation is much louder than I expected. My sister's is much quieter.

Brad Apple came by discussed what we wanted, Devin came to recheck what and where the next day, Eddie Furmanik installed it the day after. Very pleased with the results and the price! Did get 2 more shelves installed by Art the next week!

Still waiting on being refunded the cost of electric box which was not installed plus the cost charged for the Electrition. I have left a message but no one has returned the call.

I contacted service this morning and they were in the area, so the service guy arrived quickly and made the change we needed. He was very polite and professional.

My installation was an experience from hell. I am very unhappy with the outcome. There was damage done to my bathroom floor, my medicine cabinet and the wall. i was so excited about it at first but now I am very disappointed. I have not even used my tub. I hate the way it looks with the imperfections to cover up the installers mistakes. If there had been a rating less than 1 star that is what it would have been.
