I felt like I was in excellent hands with Erica. Every time we spoke, she made me feel at ease, was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She was super communicative, especially when closing in on completion, and transparently explained when anything wasn’t quite going to plan on the seller’s side. She was incredibly professional but had a friendly manner, making her very approachable. She was very much on my side and I cannot recommend her enough!

Need to have better communication with client via phones not just emails. I callled number of times to speak to solicitor and phone goes to voicemail and I left few messages and no one calling you back.

Erica was great. Multiple hold ups from the other side which she chased, resolved and kept me informed throughout. Would 100% recommend.

I am a first time buyer and everyone was so helpful with explaining the process, always being available to speak to me and working efficiently. There was no delay from start to finish. My solicitor, Baran was amazing and she gave me excellent advice with a very personal and professional experience. She was always there and if she was unable to be present there was a whole team of solicitors who were able to deal with the matter and also provide support accordingly. I would recommend these solicitors again for sure!

Zaina was incredible dealing with our house move! We had multiple transactions on with different solicitors and Zaina was by far the best! She was always able to keep us fully informed throughout the whole process and really pushed towards the end when we have difficult buyers!

Called to seek quotation prior to placing a conveyance instruction. Advised quotes are provided via LPL website. Completed the website form and duly received by return a quote for services. LPL was the third solicitor contacted for a quotation. I noticed Building Service Act (BSA) was not itemised - the property is 10 storey. I called LPL to clarify and advised to look on their website for additional services / charges. The BSA fee I was subsequently advised over the phone, I declined to look further at their website for a core conveyancing task, was £1500, in addition to the quote of £2079. I complained that the quote was misleading. Engagement with LPL has been poor and the auto quote system does not generate a reasonable indication of cost. I consider, based on my telephone interaction, that the service level is lower than that of other conveyancing solicitors. When I made this comment to them I was told there are of other solicitors. LPL was not instructed.

I recently completed a property purchase through this conveyancing service. Overall, I would rate my experience 3 out of 5.

There were some positive aspects. Emails were generally answered quickly, often on the same day or the following day. However, I found the overall communication and follow-up disappointing, particularly towards the end of the transaction.

I found it very difficult to speak to my conveyancer by telephone when I needed to discuss time-sensitive matters. The switchboard was also unable to provide much information, leaving email as the main method of communication.

Although emails were usually answered promptly, some responses were vague or did not fully address the questions I had raised. I also experienced occasions where I was told that a query would be raised and that I would receive an update, but I had to chase for the response. On some occasions, I was also asked for information that I had already provided.

This became particularly frustrating as completion approached, when I needed clear and timely updates and had to make repeated attempts to obtain confirmation.

I appreciate that conveyancing teams are busy, but in my view, good communication is not just about responding quickly. It is also about providing clear, complete answers, following up on outstanding matters and keeping the client properly informed.

Overall, the service was satisfactory in some respects, particularly response times, but the lack of clear communication and consistent follow-up made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future clients.

I had an excellent experience with LPL Conveyancing, particularly with Elliot. He was incredibly responsive, always available when needed, and kept everything moving throughout the process.

There was a small hiccup with the vendor and completion, but I could always rely on LPL and Elliot to push things forward and get everything over the line. Communication was clear, consistent and reassuring, and I always had a good understanding of where things stood.

The app was also really useful for tracking the progress of the conveyancing, which made the whole process much easier to follow.

Comfort Okhiria dealt with the purchase of my new house. She was the only solicitor in the chain actively managing the situation and actually telling other solicitors what to do to get the contracts exchanged.
In a very stressful situation she was reliable and efficient. She did what she said she was going to and made herself available to get the purchase completed. Additional to this she was very kind and considerate and brought some humour to the situation. She had a lot of empathy and was a great support
