Our assigned Solicitor V.M. was very efficient and kept us uptodate at every stage if our re-Mortgage by emails or calls

LPL through the assigned conveyancing solicitor, Muhammad, has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the process.
Muhammad not only worked through diligently on my purchase of the leasehold property, but went over and above and supported me through a period of delays with my ex-husband’s remortgage, chasing the appointed by the bank solicitors, highlighting the financial interest at risk at my end.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Muhammad.

LPL dealt with my remortgage task with extreme competency. I found their staff highly professional kept me updated on each stage with the progress of my case. I will recommend them to my Family and Friends acknowledging their excellent services.

I honestly couldn't recommend Emily Dunne highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of both selling our current home and purchasing our new one.
I will say that the onboarding process with the firm was quite difficult. It took just over a week to actually get mistakes updated that had been made on the onboarding forms and it was quite frustrating.
However, once everything was passed over to Emily, the experience completely changed. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring whenever I've had questions or concerns and has always taken time to explain things clearly.
Thank you so much, Emily, for all of your hard work and for making what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.

Very slow progress in purchasing my first property -over 5 months. Difficult to communicate with the solicitor allocated to my case and very limited guidance throughout the process from her side.

LPL handled our purchase brilliantly. A special thanks to Sneha and the team for guiding us seamlessly through the compliance sign-off, handling funds, and getting us to completion smoothly. Professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

It started a bit rocky, but once the blue team were fully on board, it was a great experience

As a first time buyer I’ve had zero issues with solicitors, they seemed great at communicating and answered any questions I had. Would definitely use again.

It was a long drawn out process but we got there in the end. Overall we were pleased with the service. Things could have progressed slightly quicker perhaps and communication could have been a little better, but never did we feel that we would be let down or left out of the loop. Well deserved 5 stars.

We recently completed a purchase using LPL's services. Extremely satisfied with the service, competitive cost with no hidden fees. Amy Khalid was very professional in her approach. Would definitely recommend their service.

Standard service despite being recommended. Doubt anything would have progressed if I hadn’t of chased. I had to be the communicator between the sale and purchase and chase for updates constantly

Daniel Gardner is a very experienced lawyer and he has guided us through the process of our help to buy redemption every step of the way. One thing I have learned through this process is to leave it to the professionals and Daniel Gardner is definitely one of them.
A very big Thank you from our Family!!!

Just had a bit of trouble with communication as different people were involved. It would be nice if only one person could have taken over the case.
Otherwise all good and I would use the same company again.

Great experience overall. There were a few delays that made me worry the purchase might not go through, but the team pulled through in the end. They were accommodating and worked closely with my developer to finalise the sale before the deadline. I appreciate their effort and would still recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.

Overall i am happy with the service they provided. My only negative is the time it takes to go through the whole process when i had a very simple case

Excellent service from Leading Property Lawyers for my remortgage and staircasing transaction. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
Amy Khalid was particularly helpful, explaining everything clearly and responding to all my queries promptly. They made a potentially complex process straightforward and stress-free.
Highly recommended for anyone needing conveyancing services. Thank you for your outstanding support! Aurelia

The communication and process that we went through was extremely poor. The system they use models itself on the way they have worked for years internally and doesn't lend itself to communication with the clients at all. The concept of this team and that team and the other team. We don't care about that and we shouldn't need to hear about those teams even existing. It should be a series of states that we progress through and currently the system is very very bad at explaining that. After 2 months we were still on stage 1 and it wasn't clear what the hold up was. When we chased we were told that we were needed to fill in some forms that we get access to via emails with a limited period access code. We had no idea that this had happened as it got caught by spam. Later in the process we chased to see what was holding people up and we were told, for the first time that we needed to provide 3 extra pieces of documentation. Apparently we'd missed the request because at that stage we were getting 6 emails a day from the system each with massive of attachments. We have day jobs and couldn't keep track of all of the information that was being sent through in legal jargon that meant nothing to us.
The experience was stressful and highly illogical.

Good service from LPL but I think the frequency, clarity and consistency of communication can improve from the individuals we interacted with.
