While I haven’t been able to utilize the platform as much as I’d like, I see its potential value, especially when it comes to identifying companies visiting our website and uncovering possible B2B opportunities.
That said, from a marketing standpoint, I’ve found the platform to be less intuitive than I expected. The interface can feel a bit clunky, and the learning curve has slowed down my ability to fully tap into its features. I believe there’s useful data to be gleaned—like firmographics, visit behavior, and potential lead tracking - but the platform could benefit from better user guidance and clearer workflows that align with real marketing goals.
