Terrible experience
Terrible experience and even worse customer service.
My mother-in-law gifted me a £100 gift card, but I never received it. When I contacted customer service by email, they repeatedly insisted that it had been sent. Only later did they admit that there had been an issue with their server and offered me a promotional code as a replacement.
Unfortunately, the promotional code did not work either. I am now trying to obtain a refund, but my requests have gone unanswered.
I used to love this brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Based on how this situation has been handled, I would strongly advise others to avoid it.
Ma belle-mère m’a offert une carte cadeau d’une valeur de 100 £, que je n’ai jamais reçue. Lorsque j’ai contacté le service client par e-mail, ils ont continué à affirmer qu’elle avait bien été envoyée. Ce n’est que plus tard qu’ils ont reconnu avoir rencontré un problème de serveur et m’ont proposé un code promotionnel en remplacement.
Sans surprise, ce code promotionnel ne fonctionnait pas non plus. J’essaie actuellement d’obtenir un remboursement, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à mes demandes.
J’aimais beaucoup cette marque auparavant, ce qui rend cette expérience encore plus décevante. Compte tenu de la manière dont cette situation a été gérée, je conseillerais vivement aux autres consommateurs de l’éviter.
