I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the London Camera Exchange. Delivery was impressively quick, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. Shortly after placing my order, I received a friendly call informing me that the camera I had chosen was the last one available in my preferred colour. They explained that the box had a slight scuff, and, as a thoughtful gesture, they included a complimentary box of Polaroid film.

It’s rare to find a company that cares so much about customer satisfaction and ensures every detail is addressed. The camera arrived in perfect condition, and the bonus film was a wonderful surprise. I highly recommend London Camera Exchange for their excellent service, quick delivery, and genuine customer care. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again!

All went well except that the delivery company left the box by the side door when we were out (with a picture of it there) rather than a picture of someone taking it with an open door which is what LCE said would be the case. At least the delivery company left it by the side door rather than the front door which is close to the street.
