My experience was good, with excellent communication, lens was shipped promptly. When it arrived the lens looked as described, I checked it over to find the aperture did not close down correctly. Lens returned for a refund.

I had a technical issue with a second hand camera bought from LCE last year. I have had nothing but really good and helpful customer service support, especially from the Manchester team, Gary and Ben. My initial contact was with my nearest branch (60 miles away) in Hereford and the staff there were also very response. Highly recommend LCE.

Good lens at a great price, and held for me for a few days to decide. The addition of a nikon filter to protect the lens front element being included in the price was a nice bonus. Well packaged and promptly delivered.

Spoke to someone at the Manchester LCE regarding one of the used lenses. All questions I had were answered, and I made the purchase online.
The lens shipped that day, surprisingly, being mid afternoon.
The lens arrived next day, very well packaged and in excellent condition. Considering the very competitive price for this lens, I was expecting a few cosmetic flaws, but I've yet to find any, and it has so far functioned flawlessly.

The lens description was accurate and well packaged considering it was unboxed. It's condition was excellent and very well priced in comparison with other suppliers. Well done

I bought a secondhand Sony lens. It was in very good condition, as new and well packaged. I thought they said it was boxed, but there wasn't an original box. It did have a carry case though. Delivery was on time. I was a bit confused about ordering and don't like the fact they say they'll let you know if there is a problem with stock. I got a message to say it was being sent to Manchester, but the screen had said the lens was in the Manchester store. It didn't hold delivery up.

Fantastic customer service from Richard. An absolute credit to the business. I have recently had assistance from Richard in the Manchester branch not once but three times and each time he has gone above and beyond in assisting me with advice and guidance and selling me items, sometimes considerably lower in cost but much more of benefit to what I was trying to achieve. Nothing is too much trouble, he takes time to listen and understand and then offer professional advice. The only place I have ever felt listened to and guided this way was with the Apple stores. If only more business could work this way instead of seeing just the ££ signs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for advice or future purchases.
