I was attracted to Lavitta's polo shirts which were advertised on YouTube. Bought 3 shirts for £58. Unfortunately their 4xl's are more like a 2xl so are far too small. However I cannot fault their customer service. I can see a lot of negative reviews here but my experience was that the shirts were promptly refunded to my visa without question. 5* for their customer service (rather than the product).

I returned three items on 6/23/24 and I'm still waiting for a refund. The company is asking for my credit card information to process the refund, even though I requested that they refund it to the original method of payment. I feel like this might be a scam.

I will never order from this company again, and neither should anyone else.

If its made and shipped from China then this should be made clear... if I had known I would not have purchased....
All website indications are its European... very devious and misleading.
Update...just recieved item.... the top was atrocious...it was made with the collar larger on the left than it is on the right.... totally unwearable...think this give you an idea of quality and checking systems they have in place.....utter garbage

I have been trying to get in touch with Lavitta regarding a refund that, according to PayPal 'was not processed successfully'. I have sent 4 emails and keep getting an automatic reply saying they will respond in 1 working day. They have not got back to me after 2 weeks of trying. I phoned their number and got a recorded voice saying 'there is no-one to take your call' then line went dead.

Arrived as predicted, dresses fitted fine, unfortunately after 2 emails I haven't received a reply to why I was charged £5. more for each dress 👗 the ticket on the dresses was £40 each, but the invoice was £45. each. Still waiting a reply G Kedward

I have always had excellent service from Lavitta. It is easy to shop on line, and items arrive within a few days. Quality and prices are very good. I recommend Lavitta to my friends.

Beware when ordering. Lavitta charge £3.99 p&p, and allow returns. BUT - You will wait more than 3 weeks for a refund and if you do not read all the sites advertisements when sales are on, will have more money deducted if you need to return as well as losing the £3.99. Worst experience I have ever had ordering online. You can not return to shop, returns have to be by post, obviously returns are NOT what Lavitta want to encourage. I will never ever purchase from them again, you have been warned
