Amy in Customer Service was super helpful when I had an issue. I have been using LA for years and the quality of their pieces is always brilliant. Even with a slight issue that Amy sorted, my confidence was not lost in the brand.

Would just like to thank “Amy” for her assistance in arranging a return and refund when I was a couple of days the timeframe due to being on holiday. Great customer service!

Amazing customer service from Rachel today . My dress arrived which is beautiful but sadly where I think the security ribbon had been it had left a black stripe on the skirt ! I contacted customer services and got a response from Rachel quickly I was sent a return label once I had sent photos of the damage ! I would recommend lavish Alice because of this and have now ordered a replacement fingers crossed as it is for my sons wedding thank you Rachel I just wish there was a contact telephone number

Lavish Alice is a new discovery for me. What a gem! The clothes are gorgeous! I ordered a stunning dress for a party, but it was too hot for this time of year. The return process was excellent, I will definitely visit them again when I need something for a special occasion

I think I have received the best customer service I have ever experienced today - outstanding! My beautiful lilac dress arrived but was the wrong size - I was in panic mode - didn’t know how to return the item or get it replaced! Thank goodness for Rachael who helped me every step of the way today! An excellent ambassador for Lavish Alice!

Beautiful items and great shop. Fabulous customer service from Rachael. One of the items I bought was damaged on the first wear, and Rachael helped me resolve it really promptly. Her directions were really clear and she made sure I understood my options (e.g., full refund and return or get a partial refund and have it repaired).
The speed, understanding and support from customer service made an impression on me (especially nowadays with so many chatbots and lack of personal touch) that I'll definitely be buying from Lavish Alice again.

I purchased a beautiful jacket but unfortunately it was too small and I had to return it. I contacted customer service to ask how I should proceed with my return they quickly responded to my query. It was my first time using this company but if the quality of the jacket is anything to go by I will definitely be using them again.

I am not sure what is going on but I ordered a dress for graduation and paid shipping fee on the lavish website, but I was sent a tracking number and got a different email asking to pay extra $81 dollars in order to send my package.
I’ve been ordering from this company more than 5 years and never had issues but it’s very disappointing as I’m here still waiting for the dress. Please fix this.

The company has reached out and fixed the shipping issue and order was re shipped and received successfully.

I wanted to return a dress but there was no invoice included. I contacted customer service and Amy was very helpful and responded quickly solving my issue

Wish I can say something about the lovely dresses, instead I'll rave about their customer service. My dress was lost in the mail, missed my event. As soon as I got in touch, Rachael found out what happened, offered solutions, no drama, no delays and each message I sent was always promptly replied. Soothes my heart a bit from the absence of a beautiful dress.

The quality and style of the dresses I ordered was fantastic. I found it difficult to decide which of the dresses to keep, wish I could’ve kept them all!
