Shipping was so much faster than I expected! I got my size wrong, but because it was a lace up back I was able to cinch it to fit my curves really well. It was gorgeous and I got a lot of compliments.

An overall amazing and smooth experience!
The selection of dresses is amazing. The abundance of styles and colors will sure fit any color theme, skin tone, and figure.
I was worried about not receiving my dress on time as I ordered not even a month ahead, but the Lavetir team was excellent on communicating and my dress arrived on time.
The measurement chart was very helpful- my dress fit amazingly.

I bought a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in October 2025 and it came much quicker than expected which was a great surprise. The dress fit well and did not require any adjustments. The dress also looked exactly like the photo shown and it was made well! The color was beautiful also.

This website is a total scam
This website is a total scam. I ordered two dresses and was unable to return either. The dresses were shipped from California and when you try and return them they tell you you’re responsible for the shipping. They don’t tell you that they want you to ship it to the original company which is located in China. If I was to ship it back it would’ve cost me over $300 just for shipping. There is no phone number to call you have to do everything by email. Very frustrating! I would never order from this website.

I loved my Lavetir dress
I loved my Lavetir dress, the appliques were really beautiful, It fit me excellently and has a corset inside to give you a beautiful body shape and the fabric is great, I loved how I see myself in this dress, everybody was telling me that is beautiful. Plus, the customer service is great! They'll contact you to make sure everything is correct.

Loves this dress
Loves this dress! It made me feel great and I was able to wear for roughly 10 hours without any discomfort! I also loved that it has pockets! The dress was so great my sister bought the same one for her next event! I was nervous when I didn't get any shipping updates, but the dress made it fairly quick and was in great shape!

Lavetir’s customer service was excellent. I had to do custom sizing (which is free of charge) and had written down my proportion incorrect. They were quick to catch this and emailed me to double check my proportions. Thank goodness they did this because the dress would have been wrong if they didn’t catch this. I loved my dress and loved their customer service.

If I could give this website 0 stars I would. They are a scam! Their return policy has since been updated.. but when I bought 3 dresses to try different styles for my sisters wedding back in September no where did it state that I would not be able to return them if they didn’t work out. I had planned to return at least 2 the whole time since I would not need 3 dresses I just wanted to try the different styles. After they arrived and didn’t work out I inquired about the return They informed me that I would have to pay return shipping costs back to china to receive my refund or to save on those costs they would refund 30% of my order. I ended up agreeing to the 30% because shipping costs to china for 3 dresses were astronomical! It has been 3 months and they are still saying my refund was unable to be completed do to “refund risk control rejection” and are doing nothing to help me! Their excuses make absolutely no sense! The worst customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
