I ordered 3 dresses, 3 weeks ago and have not received anything nor have they replied back to my email queries. It's not a good company not even sure if it's a real company. Would avoid ordering and being scammed by them.

Got a dress over 3 weeks, emailed me and said it’s delayed. I contacted back for an update 3 times and nothing. Do not bother buying they are fake. I will be taking legal action to get my money back.
They have ignored me for multiple weeks now. Please see comms:

Our sincere apologies; we understand that this is an urgent matter.
We have now started a brand-new shop, as you can see, with a different and reliable partner.
Although we are not Laveza anymore, we would like to solve this problem for you because our former partner did not.
As we can see, your order was not complete; 3 products were out of stock.
We will refund the 3 items as they were not delivered. To process the refund, we need your IBAN and the account holder's name.
We have attached a return form that you can include with the items you would like to return.
As soon as we receive these items, we will fully refund you.

Dear l'aventique,
First of all, I did not receive 4 out of 8 products. Additionally, I am no longer in the country as I explicitly told laveza that I was moving across Europe and would no longer be able to return nor receive the package. I canceled the order multiple times and I want ALL of my money back.
Unfortunately, it is not true that you are working with a different partner as you are still importing all the clothes from China, the EXACT same products are still on your website.
Like I said, changing the name of your company is NOT a way to change the fact that you are legally in default and have been for multiple weeks now. I do not know if you are familiar with Dutch law, but I will be able to take legal action due to what happened. However, I do not want to - nor am I able to return any products.
Please note that the products that I did get were
- extremely bad quality
- I got all clothes a size up as advised on the website and they were ALL way too big
- for one product I ordered a black dress and I got a bright pink one that DID NOT EVEN FIT.
So I am NOT going to try and get some of my family members to go and PAY to return some ridiculous products to you (for which you are stating you have no use either).
To be honest, I am very done with this. Could you please confirm before EOD I am getting all of my money back???

They also claim to have a new reliable partner, however there products on the website are exactly the same as before.
