DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE , I bought 42 Angustifolia Thumbelina Leigh at the cost of £176.11 .Eleven out of the 42 are in a terrible condition and I will be very surprised if any of the eleven survive. All of the 42 plants are pot bound .
After 5 emails sent with not a single reply back I have finely given up of getting any joy from Lavenderworld and I will continue to nurse the lavender hoping to save at least some.
So gardeners please look at the reviews I wish I had and saved the money it's probably the worst garden supplier I have had the misfortune to buy from.

Plants arrived half dead. No response to emails about this. Complete waste of (a lot( of money. Awful

Ordered 32 plants. 16 plants arrived 4 days after despatch notification. Tried every way to contact Lavender World. To date still nothing. The second half of the order arrived today. Reason given “bad address”. But they brought 16 plants. Do not buy from this company. They couldn’t care less.

Terrible customer service. No phone number. Do not respond to emails or messages sent via their contact page. Got an email saying they delivering to my house and I asked them to be delivered to my sister address and not my bank address. However, no way of getting hold of them and they do not respond to emails. Buy from someone else. I wish I had looked on today pilot before buying

Ordered and paid. No comms. No plants. I’ve initiated a claw back through my bank.

Awful service.

I place an order for 8 lavender plants then read the review so became sceptical about my order! My order arrived in 2 wks later and was left with a neighbour as I was away so I didn’t collect them for 2 days. Again sceptical about what to expect, I was surprised and impressed that the order was very well packaged and the plants had been well watered and the plants were very healthy. I would order from Lavender world again.

Ordered because they stated on their website that delivery of the items was within a few days. This didn’t happen. No reply to multiple emails, and no way of contacting them. Weeks later they arrive with 1 hour notice and I’m not there, so the plants will die. Extremely expensive, no customer service, no way of contacting them and getting a response, I’m fuming.

Great company, Made an order for 32 lavenders back in October- seasonal offer- received confirmation, but was told delivery not till Feb when new season starts. Have been in email correspondence with this company with good, timely and efficient communication from Jess.
Plants arrived today all look healthy and I’m delighted. Would recommend as good value healthy plants with good communication despite what other reviewers have stated.

I placed an order on 23rd July 2025 for a collection of bulbs. Have e-mailed but no response. Total waste of time.

Well that will teach me to read the reviews first !

RIP OFF !

If I could leave zero stars, I would. AVOID this company at all costs. Weeks after paying for my plants, with their website showing all is in stock and dispatch time is 5 days, I still do not have them. No way to contact them other than by email. I have emailed and received no response. No despatch emails either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, don't sent the products, don't leave ways to get in touch, ignore emails. That's both breach of contract and theft. I think they hope people can't be bothered trying to get their money back. I am not one of those people!

Ordered 10 Lavender plants which arrived dead, after complaining they sent out replacements, now i have discovered they are the wrong ones, absolutely terrible experience!

I have sent two emails to Lavender World and no response. Ordered 12 plants, 5 are nearly dead. Dreadful product, no customer service. Please avoid. It pays to read reviews before you buy!!

Order placed on 28th April. Noted as dispatched on the 28th May. E-mailed on 29th for update. Reply "All our outstanding 1L plants are being picked and packed as I type. They should be with you by the end of the week." Well it's the 5th June, still no delivery. E-mailed again at the start of this week, and have had no reply. So today I've requested a refund. In the past I've used this company and had no problems. So an update, after requesting a refund Lavander World e-mailed me the DPD delivery schedule, with the lavander being sent the day before. Today the lavander arrived, well packed and looking good. So I'm uping the review from one star to two. I did get my lavander, but after a very long wait, and I've ordered more from a seller on amazon for almost the same price. Will I buy from them again, no, should you, well that's for you to decide

Placed an order 1 month and a half ago.
No sign of anything..
Sent emails. Nothing.
I will get in touch with the bank to get my money back.
I wish I came here first to avoid all this..

Was sceptical reading the reviews after submitting the order on 13th March 25. I did subsequently email re delivery as plants were shown in stock but no reply.
To my surprise on returning home lunchtime 3 large boxes were over the gates on my driveway. All 40 plants were there, well packaged & good quality. Communication aside ( didn't know they were coming ) no complaints.

I join the chorus of reviews for poor service. Received the 3 types of lavender in a timely manner; quality decent; there was nothing written to indicate how I was to distinguish each of the multiple 3 types of lavender other than guessing as only 2 of the 8 plants had a label. Took the time to photo plants and write to them but absolutely NO answer. Contact details are bare minimum. Do not recommend them unless you are schooled and trained in distinguishing lavender plant types already.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WEBSITE.
Either their website has been hacked or they have gone rogue ( check emails where communication comes from)
I ordered from them in the past and they were great but not now. They have been reported.
