Bought these bin liners as it said they were a good substitute for Simplehuman H liners but they are too big no not a tidy fit. Cheap but flimsy. Won’t buy again. No response from customer service.

Easy order, quick delivery and a good product

I ordered a laundry basket on the 8th June (now 2nd July) & payment was taken.
I received an email stating the item was out of stock & then another saying it had now been discontinued.
I have sent numerous emails asking for a refund but as yet not monies refunded.

Very quick turn around from date of order. Good communication and value for money.

Had a Leifheit Deluxe Rotary Airer delivered on 18/6/20 cost £126.94 followed instruction on how to put Airer up & the autimatic cord came straight off in my hand sent a email straight away requesting this to be collected & full refund not heard anything from the Laundry Company very disappointed.

Fantastic piece of equipment, but the installation instructions could be a little more comprehensive. To my elderly mind, the line was erected when it was horizontal. I did not realise that was the first height with the handle taking it some 10 inches higher. Needed my son to work it out for me. But all now installed and working satisfactorily.

All good and no issues, happy to use again.

I ordered the Hills’ 3 arm 30 metre clothes drier which arrived very promptly and is very good value for money. It is strong and compact and plenty big enough for one couple’s wash (although you would need a bigger one for a family). Having clips to lock the arms into when folding it up is a good design feature.

Very pleased with this small compact line. Space is limited in our garden, so we chose this, but have been surprised how much will fit on it.

Good product, good price, in stock and arrived safely and on time - what more could you ask for. None of the big companies could offer any of this right now - and they weren’t any cheaper anyway. When it comes to retail companies bigger is rarely better.

Arrived promptly. Well wrapped. Not replaced in whirlie yet.

I've placed an order from 16th April which still has not been received despite being in contact several times via email over the past three months with both Rosie & Imogen. I've resent my address which you claimed to be the hold up, three times. And I've since had another email asking me to resend it AGAIN!
I understand you're busy but it should not under any circumstances take 3months to receive replacement mop heads!
Can you get in contact or send me a refund ASAP.
