I received a lock. Worked fine for a while. Once it broke down (seems to be connected to when they tried to access my location data and I rejected that), they've been completely unresponsive. I'd rather they just say "too bad - yea, our product sucks but that's your problem". Would make it easier to move on instead of holding out hope they'll engage and try to resolve this.
Same here. once they even told me to refund, but it also did not happen.
all best wishes for all of you, been screwed.

Like everyone else, I paid many years ago and received nothing.
Appalling company. No wonder they have changed their name 3 times since they took my money in March 2015 for their Skylock/Ellipse/Lattis bike lock. It is a scandal that these are being sold on Amazon still. I have still not received mine and it's 3 years and 5 months since I paid.
Avoid, avoid, avoid. These people need to be in court accounting for what is daylight robbery.
I was an early Kickstarter. Waited three years for this lock. After endless emails with customer support I finally received the lock, only to have it break down after one rainy day outside. To make things worse I will now have to cut the lock open to get my bike back.
Money down the drain. Truly disappointing company.
As everyone else. Two and a half years waiting. No lock. No sign of a refund when requested. No way of communicating. Truly awful company. Pure rip-off.
Product ordered in 2015. No lock, refund or any communication. I would stay clear of this company
Exactly the same experience as others on here. Ordered over 3 years ago and still no lock. I had sporadic communications from the company, both promising me my lock soon, and then a full refund when I requested it. Neither has transpired, and they now won't reply to any communications.
At the very least they should be open and honest, and keep clear communication, with the people who supported their company at the start on Kickstarter.
Disgraceful.
Ordered in 2015 and still not received. They have taken the money and have not been replying over the last year. Do not trust this company.
Same story here. Ordered in May 2014. Updates until Feb 2017 when shipping was promised in March. Then nothing. Chased every 2 month and received reassuring replies until December 2017. Then nothing... no replies by email or chat on the website. I've been via AmEx who said that they've had a number of people asking if there was anything they could do to get a refund but they can't. Terrible service.
Agree with all the other customer experiences. I paid a total of 200€ with taxes for this product. Luckily i got it but it broke do to water intrusion. It’s been 2 years since they promised me my money back since they couldn’t organize a currier that ships them the defective lock. Very unprofessional but i cannot seem to find any way to get my money back. Now all i have is a piece of metal junk that promises the future.
I totally agree with other writers - I ordered in July 2015, don't mind waiting a year or more for an exciting new product, but over 2½ years is silly. What's equally irritating is that they seem capable of shipping to retailers, Amazon etc, but not to people who shelled out good money for the start-up. Absolutely pathetic and desperately unprofessional.
I ordered my sky lock in April 2015, which I paid $178.86 (incl. shipping). Its now January 2018 and I’m still waiting to receive my lock. I have had so many promises of my lock will been shipped this month or that month, on and on I keep getting promises. It all came to none. Finally I requested my money back, this too was agreed but still I wait.
My last email from Latttis was in December 2017 in which they stated “We are shipping pre-orders in the order we received them. Please be patient! We’ve shipped thousands of units to date, and we continue shipping units every week”.
It’s coming up to 3 years since I placed my order, if they were shipping in order of pre-orders, I should of received mine over a year ago after receiving an email in November 2016 stating “Ellipse Mass Production is Underway”.
Can anyone trust a company like this?
My lock was meant to have shipped. I even had a tracking number. It never showed up. They sent me another one. That courier is meant to have lost it as well. I chase support and if I get a reply it is weeks between emails.
I have been waiting over 2 years for this item without much luck and lies from their team that they are shipping. said they would refund but have not
Donated to as a kickstarter over two years ago. They have taken my money and have been shipping for few months now but no sign of my order. I have tried on many occasions to get a refund but they either do not respond or they lie to uou
Just read the twitter posts.
False promises and lies, they take your money but do not deliver, dishonest do not trust.
