Lovely setting, room was clean and tidy, comfy bed, nice warm shower. We took two camping chairs with us as nowhere to sit which we knew before we arrived. Great location for exploring the area.

Where do I start…
Arrived Monday, walked into the flat and the smell of damp/must and cannabis hit us.
Thick layer of dust over windowsills, skirtings and all furniture.
Dirty washing in washing basket, washing left in tumble dryer, filter at the bottom of tumble drying thick with dirty.
Black mould on all silicone in bathroom, dirty shower with used items in.
Used items left in fridge.
Unable to use any storage due to it being full of belongings.
Tv resting on the back of a random sofa in the master bedroom, in other bedroom an overly large tv on the floor.
Door to fuse board wedged shut with cardboard.
Unable to use parking permit due to it being a printed out photo of the actual permit.
Absolutely filthy carpets which are heavily stained, property is very run down and is in need of lots of attention.
Do not be fooled by the pictures on the advert.. this property is nothing like advertised.
Hosts not at all helpful and seem to ignore all our concerns even with photo evidence.
This property is a safety hazard.
We had no choice but to check out 40 minutes after checking in. After a very long fight we managed to get a partial refund which doesn’t justify the stress and state of the property.
Completely ruined our family holiday which we booked 14 months ago.

Plenty of detail about the properties…
Plenty of detail about the properties but not always showing whether there's a bath or just a shower and, for medical reasons, I can't shower. (Don 't ask!); useful to have previous customers' reviews but are some negative comments omitted? there seemed to be none! Otherwise no complaints. I'd've liked to've given 3.5 stars

We wanted a last minute break in West…
We wanted a last minute break in West Wales. We wanted a space with a garden to run two small boys and a dog. But easily accessing local towns and beaches.
The website was easy to use. Gave a good range of options.
Payment was simple and post booking support really exceptional.
