Whenever I call them or email them, they respond really fast. For those buying from the U.S, it's going to take two weeks, but I think it's worth the wait because to me the bras are good quality for a cheap price too. If your bras don't come in two weeks, give them a call.

I had placed an order, and after checking the shipping status it said it had been delivered. It was not in my mailbox or a card to pick it up. I emailed la Senza's customer service, and no questions asked they said they would resend it. Which they did. That order I did receive. Some of the items were no longer available, and without me contacting them again, they promptly refunded me the items. Wonderful service!!!!!!

Top quality. Bought ladys pajamas set + socks look absolutely amazing, nice color very cosy material, just like in their picture my lady was very happy and so me too, seeing her with la senza products. Who said winter pajama can't be sexy+warm at the same time!

Don't know if Americans / Canadians are generally like that, but the customer service team at La Senza has absolutely no clue about anything. Placed an order and called up 45 mins later to cancel it as partner said I've ordered incorrect sizes.. Can it be cancelled? "I can try, but cannot guarantee". Will it be dispatched today? "I don't know". If it is cancelled how will I know? "You have to keep calling us again periodically to enquire. We don't know if email will be sent to you or not". What is 'periodically' - every hour or few hours? "I don't know. Maybe 24 hours, or maybe more, although if it is shipped it will be today". How do I return the item as I won't need them? "I don't know at this point. You would have to talk to a company called eShopWorld".

Brought or a birthday present 7days ago online and still hasn't arrived to my address in the UK, why do they ship from Canada then to France and then to UK. Rubbish delivery service and they charged my £11 for this crap service.

Ordered at the beginning of December to avoid the Christmas period rush and here I am worried that my order won't arrive in time for Christmas and as a result a upset partner.
It is now a week till Christmas and new goods. The delivery charge is extremely expensive too. Will never order of la senza again.

First order.. From the time i ordered online to shipping to my house was 3 days.. I was so impressed with the sale i got and how fast the shipping was i placed another order.. 2 weeks later and still has not been shipped. Horrible service.. Will NEVER order from Lasenza again

The staff was called Lucie and she really did not think I would be bothered to take part in this survey. Firstly I went into here to get a new bra fit size. She was very abrupt and did not answer my questions adequately. I wanted a certain type and she waved me off by saying the store doesn't have it. She was quite surprised when I made a purchase and she didn't bother to wrap it and you guys wrap everything in pink paper!!! Very bad customer service from Lucie and I wouldn't go in because of heR

Amazing delivery, why aren't all online shops like this?!

Done a bit of of late night sale shopping with La Senza online on the Saturday night items arrived 10am Monday!! All items were a fantastic quality and beautifully packaged and the courier was very friendly .

Will defiantly shop with at La Senza online again

Ordered £60 worth of stuff this week, it all came within like 2 days with normal delivery and 1 of the items was missing (went to my email to find out it wasn't in stock which was annoying but I got refunded for it straight away) I then received a call about 2 days later confirming one of my items were out of stock and I'd be refunded for that item. Good customer service, awesome items and brilliant store!

I love la sensa they have amazing stock and decent pricing, I miss my highstreet shop please come back I will spend more I promise!

Still not taking student cards, still not accepting vouchers, website still not up and running, instore promotions misleading...
Given that every single one of my bras are from La Senza (they fit well and don't seem to mind being chucked in the tumble dryer now and again) I'm seriously considering giving up on them.
Sorry La Senza, but you've let me down one too many times now.

Great shop for night wear as well as under wear, has really nice fabrics and prints, i can can always find something that is pretty and comfortable. Great prices and value for money. Has super bargains at sale times too.

quality poor

Always good for underwear but not good at stocking sizes. I was very limited recently by the sizes available which was disappointing. Site generally easy to navigate with good pictures. Could do with a bit more variety in PJs though, not everyone wants passion killers in the winter!

I had a set of underwear from my partner as a surprise and I was very impressed with it, I have felt so comfortable in it the Bra and Pants, and he said very nice too, easy Mr

I really love this site. everyting works well and there designs are really nice.

Always have a good vairety of styles and very rarely out of stock. Have speedy postage and if you have any issues they are resolved quickly! The only downside is like most underwear sites they dont stock my size, 28F so i have to buy 30E and hope it fits ok
