Have had my bike for atleast 10 years. It has been used all seasons. It's great and reliable. Anything involving people at the company is a pain. Order parts on-line, not a problem. Trying to have an issue solved, a black hole, if it involves staff.

Hey! I'm stoked about those Bullit bikes! I use them for work daily and I will never get bored of riding them, be afraid that they will fail me and not be able to carry heavyweight! I really suggest them for both companies, families or self-owned business! <3

Great service and handling. I had an issue with the motor but it was resolved very quickly. I didn't have to wait long for the service either, even though they were quite busy.

I purchased my Bullitt eleven years ago. I ride it almost every day, and keep it outside in all types of weather in New York. It's a wonderful bike, it rides like the day I got it, and requires only usual service and maintenance.
