By far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a table and chairs on November 25th 2025. The website said that delivery would take approximately 2-4weeks. Weeks go by with no communication and I rang the week before Christmas. The woman on the phone told me that the order was actually coming from the UK and they had no lead date but would be in contact. I call on January 8 to be told that they can only get the table and the chairs would be delivered in March. I’m happy for the table to be delivered and wait until March for the chairs, the woman tells me that the table will be delivered to me in 3 weeks. 3 weeks go by and no communication whatsoever so I give them a ring on January 30th and was told I’d get a phone call back with an update, I received no call. The next day I email them and no response back. I called again and was told that the table wouldn’t be delivered till April and there was no ETA for the chairs. Shocking way to run a business and staff didn’t seem to care at all.

I got recliners couches 3/2/1 just before Christmas. I would highly recommend Larry O Keeffe furniture. The quality and comfort are amazing.
Also the service was amazing in choosing and delivering.

I bought two faux leather tub chairs online from Larry O'Keeffe furniture and the whole sales process went very smoothly. They included a link to check on the status of my order and when I did it requested I contact the store to agree a delivery date (which was awesome).

I rang the store and I spoke to a very pleasant gentleman who asked where I lived and said he would check when the delivery driver is in my area and he would call back. He didn't call back but I sensed he was very busy and decided I'd give him a few days as I wasn't in a hurry and he had confirmed my chairs were ready to ship.

A couple of days later a delivery driver appeared at my door with the chairs, I was in awe. this was so fast. Fair play Larry O' Keeffe furniture and the chairs are great quality for a great price.

I purchased an ottoman from this store recently and when there was an issue with delivery they couldnt have been more helpful. They resolved the issue immediately and organised a new delivery date for that week. The whole process was so easy and they were very pleasant to deal with and I will definitely deal with them again.
