By far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a table and chairs on November 25th 2025. The website said that delivery would take approximately 2-4weeks. Weeks go by with no communication and I rang the week before Christmas. The woman on the phone told me that the order was actually coming from the UK and they had no lead date but would be in contact. I call on January 8 to be told that they can only get the table and the chairs would be delivered in March. I’m happy for the table to be delivered and wait until March for the chairs, the woman tells me that the table will be delivered to me in 3 weeks. 3 weeks go by and no communication whatsoever so I give them a ring on January 30th and was told I’d get a phone call back with an update, I received no call. The next day I email them and no response back. I called again and was told that the table wouldn’t be delivered till April and there was no ETA for the chairs. Shocking way to run a business and staff didn’t seem to care at all.
