We came to the Larchwood today and it was so busy when we got there plus we had not booked. Beth went out of her way to find us a table and accommodate us.
The service from Beth and the rest of the team was fantastic. Every member of staff was so friendly and all made a fuss of the four children. Even with it being so busy, nothing was too much trouble.
Food was perfect, drinks were carried over to our table and food was delicious!

I ordered a cutting board and the hemp and beeswax cutting board conditioner. I have no complaints about the cutting board. However the conditioner is clearly spoiled. It smells like expired oil which reeks. When I apply it to my board it permeates the whole room and the smell does not fade over time, it lingers for at least a month. I contacted larch wood asking just for a replacement with their other conditioner, which is made from mineral oil and beeswax. The person who emailed me back told me the smell was normal and did not reply to my follow up email. I am frustrated by my experience with this company, what could have been a seamless replacement was instead a rude encounter and I have ordered replacement conditioner from a different company.
