Shipping was faster than expected.
The only negative is that I have a dead pixel in the centre of the screen so the screens are not tested. I did not inquire about returns/exchange.

I ordered a laptop LCD for my damaged alienware m15 r2 out of warranty. The online tool was easy to use and figure out.
I mistakenly put in the wrong address and the support staff (Dave) was quick to correct and send it to the right address with no delay!
I installed the screen myself using their tools which were very useful because this screen is not screwed into the back panel but pasted.
I would buy again from this place without a doubt.

Laptopscreens.com is the best. The 12.5" screen for the SideTrak Swivel 12 is easy to break, and when I broke it I thought I was screwed out of $350.

With a little intuition, I got the SideTrak apart and took the screen out to find a product number. One Google later and Laptopscreens.com was at the top. Searched the part number and there it was.

Sent in the order and had a reasonable issue - Shipping information was very different from Payment information, so they flagged it as possible fraud. I called in and spoke with a "Dakota" who simply had me send a few photos in to prove my identity. Dakota took care of it and had it shipped out same day. He was great and I could tell he really wanted to help.

Ease of finding product, VERY reasonable prices, shipping as promised, AMAZING customer service (24/7, almost no hold time). I would recommend this place to ANYONE, with a little know-how you can save a lot of money.

recently had to get a new screen for a lenovo w520, after a search online i found laptopscreen.com
there prices seem very good compared to others so made sure i was getting right screen, ordered it.
when it arrived which was quicker than the stated delivery time, it came in a well packed box, very easy install thanks to the video online.
my only issue and this is on me after installing it i found out i need a program for resetting the screen to work with the color calibration sensor so as to get the best colors out of the screen.
not a big problem as laptop is now a secondary device and not that bothered, screen looks good out of the box anyway. so in summary for under a hundred pounds and a bit of my time i now have a fully working laptop, great service would deffinetly buy from laptopscreen again.

It was great finding laptop screen website. I got my screen model number and ordered in the afternoon. It arrived the very next day . I got to use my chromebook again right away. Such a wonderful experience. I also liked that they send you an update email if you got the product in good condition and such. I would definitely recommend them.
