Not trustworthy business

This company has ordered a differential for IVECO DAILY 35C12 - 46391719 from our website - Xdalys.lt. Item has been delivered to them via DHL to their requested address. After the delivery they have claimed PayPal for money return without any obvious reason. Now they have the item which cost around 2000 EUR and PayPal has refunded them also. Christophe who would contact us in English before placing the order now magically forgot the language and does not reply to us anymore. It seems company is a scam who tries to "earn" on PayPal disputes.
