Very poor shipping estimate experience
Website said product would mail out within one business day. After the order, I get a shipping estimate that is two weeks out. Actual shipping was three days after the estimate. The products are good, but the service experience has not been good.

The stock items on your order shipped right away but the custom fiber optic assembly on your order took longer than expected due to manufacture to do an unexpected delay on the bulk fiber we needed for your assembly. You have been a customer of ours for a long time so you know this is not typical and how we do business. We did refund you 10% on your order and credited you back for shipping. We did expedite it the best we can but since it's shipping to Puero Rico the transit time take a little longer than usual.
