Wonderful experience
I took Intensive Korean 25 class for 1 week.
The teacher was kind and knowledgeble and I was able to know my mistakes which the teacher explicitly or implicitly taught me. The class size was small, so the lessons were really intensive. The students came from different countries, I had a wonderful experience with them.

It's been a pleasure meeting you, and I am glad that after the several conversations we have had this week we have now clarified the case, and you have been able to see we are no-scam of any type. Indeed as you pointed out here, you registered for a IELTS Mastery Program, a very specific type of course, that already takes some days to confirm availability for. But really what created the delay and confussion, was the fact the registration was made under wrong personal data and nationality, so that extended the confirmation process above the usual 48/72 hours.
In any case, I am happy we reached common grounds, the refund of the deposit was processed to your Paypal account switfly after you requested to cancel before confirmation, and I am sure your perception of Languagecourse.net is not anymore a 1 star experience.

When I compare it with other schools and English language courses, I have to admit that EASY School surprised me a lot with the quality of teaching, the incredibly friendly relationship between the teacher and the students, and the teacher's approach to his profession. Easy to navigate and supportive

Company keen on solving problems and giving full satisfaction to customers
Edit: I was contacted yesterday by the company who apologized for the problem, which apparently stems from incomplete information given by the school. Anyway, they offered me a very satisfying solution to solve my problem, so this changed my opinion of Languagecourse. I can now confirm that they do care about customer service and that as explained on their website, they strive to provide quality service as well as the lowest rates possible.
(Original review:)Extremely deceiving and dishonest company. They put very attractive prices on their website for Japanese lessons in Tokyo, and when I decided to book for 2 weeks, they asked for a pre payment, which was supposed to be part of the school fees, since they claimed to charge no agency commission. Then after I paid for the pre payment, I had to wait for a week to have confirmation of my enrollment at the school. And all of a sudden, the school fees had gone up by 17 000 yens, and now the agency commission appeared in the invoice !
I try to reach them by email or Phone to ask for a refund of my prepayment, but no one is answering, as you would expect from a scam. I doubt I will ever see my money again. What a waste of money and time...
