Whilst the goods are not yet delivered, everything in the process so far has been excellent. Good prices and a curtesy call to make sure I hadn't misordered what is an expensive mattress but an unusual bed size. Top work.

Good service so far. Disappointed that Emma direct are offering £79 of free accessories with the order of the same Emma Original mattress. 😢

After such a great experience purchasing the bed with the help of the lovely Charley we have just taken delivery of it! It looks splendid and many thanks to Mike and Tony they did such a good job removing the old and in with the new. We were kept informed every step of the way and after being given date and time slot of 90minutes which was so helpful and then messaged 20 mins before arrival. So very impressed with this company and won’t hesitate to recommend them. 👏👏

Very efficient service. Ordered on the Monday, delivered on Wednesday.
And on the telephone, I spoke to a real human being about the order!
The mattress I ordered was really good value for money and seems very good. I am really pleased.

Very professional, informative and polite friendly service from Charlotte. Great selection of good quality beds at competitive prices. We were given time to make choices, no pressure selling. As a repeat customer we would highly recommend Land of Beds, it is always good to be able to support an independent family run business.

Very helpfull and friendly

An excellent company that delivers a quality product. The delivery team were professional and courteous.

I ordered a bed from Land of Beds on 27 March 2026, but it did not arrive until 9 May 2026, which was already a frustratingly long wait.
Upon delivery, I immediately identified several defects and reported them the same day, providing photographic evidence. The issues included:
- Visible chipped and damaged areas on the bed frame
- Misalignment of the frame components
- Concerns about the structural design and installation of the centre support beam, which appeared to be secured only by self-tapping screws attached to the slats
Despite reporting these issues straight away and supplying clear photographs, I was informed that the supplier's quality control department could not identify a manufacturing fault and, as a result, a return would not be authorised.
This led to weeks of back-and-forth emails, which was both time-consuming and extremely frustrating. It felt as though my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly addressed.
After considerable effort on my part, I eventually managed to return the bed. However, I did not receive my refund until 22 July 2026, more than three months after placing the order and over two months after reporting the defects.
The whole experience was stressful, drawn out, and far below the level of customer service I would expect when purchasing a new bed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Land of Beds based on my experience.

Very helpful and understanding service from the gentleman whose choice of mattress for me was spot on. More so given my arthritis. A very good selection of mattresses at fair prices. Highly recommended.

Small query with order very efficiently dealt with by sales person.

My second purchase from LoB and once again great service from Charley. Hypnos beds are truly top of the class, beautifully made, extremely comfortable and sustainable.

Still not recieved my pillow after paying £10 for express delivery on Thursday 30th of July. Very disappointing for the first time using this company and purchasing a very expensive pillow!!!! The delivery company is at fault as they recieved my item at 05:23am on Friday 31st of July and it has still not been delivered.
UPDATE 03/08/26
Pillow has now been delivered on Sunday 2nd of August by Parcelforce. Not the fault of Land of Beds who have refunded my p&p costs hence my change of review. Great customer service from land of beds not so much from Parcelforce.

Great service really helpful explained everything clearly. I would recommend them good prices too.

Nice showroom with loads of beds. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. We were encouraged to try any beds we wanted and then left alone to do so. Any questions were dealt with quickly and straightforwardly. We felt no pressure to buy but decided to leave and come back the next day. In the meantime Charlotte who looked after us sent us various prices for items we were interested in. Good, smart service. We went back the next day and made a purchase after trying various beds for a second time.

Spoke to a very helpful member of staff Loiuse who directed me to the specific pillow I was looking for it arrived to day absolutely thrilled with my purchase thanks again.

Selling items that are out of stock. What's the point? Leaving messages to call them back, but not leaving a message to say the ordered item was out of stock... that was helpful... not. Calling them back and getting delivery information for the bed I ordered.. and then asking why I was called by them... and then being told that that item was out of stock!

Good quality mattress which arrived sooner than expected

Spoke to two ladies with queries about the bed we were considering and eventually placed an order. Their friendliness and efficiency made for a very enjoyable experience.

Made a search for a specific bed base I wanted. Found it on website, but did not make the order. I was emailed by Louise to see if needed any help.
Long story short, Louise was great: Helped my chose the colour for the bed base and made me an offer I could not refuse on a new mattress too.
This is customer service as it should be. Can't fault it. Thank you Louise, thank you Land of Beds.
