I tried to contact LANDMANN via their email contact page & never got a reply-I gave up in the end & phoned them-the good old fashioned way-I got an immediate response talking to a real person-if you contact them by phone then their customer service is second to none-off the back of my experience I would highly recommend this company

As novices to BBQ, we have used it twice and enjoyed the experience. For oldies we found the instructions easy for the construction of the BBQ. Waiting for the rain to stop and then will keep practicing for the perfect cooks of the meat.

We ordered a bbq at the beginning of May, it arrived eventually 2 weeks later, badly damaged! DESPITE 9 emails we are still waiting a resolution, even though Scarlett promised us a refund on 16th June, which we accepted and a further email to the Directors with no response WE ARE STILL WAITING A FINAL RESOLUTION at this time I think we have been more than patient and would not recommend anyone to use LNDMANN UK direct or through an outlet

When I received the Dorado Charcoal BBQ there were damage parts when it arrived. I contacted Landmann straight away to discuss what could be done about a replacement, but still have no resolution nearly a month on!
It’s really not good enough!! I keep getting emails about offers for Landmann and would l like to do a review. But no emails about a resolution to my problem with the BBQ I’ve purchased.

Bbq arrived fairly quickly, easy to put together but the chimney was damaged and cannot be fitted properly.

The bbq it’s self easy to clean, I recommend getting the correct cover for this too. Overall good bbq but we need a replacement part.

Initially delivered wrong bbq cover, but sorted it out quickly when contacted. Good customer service, and the product when it arrived was very good quality.

We recently purchased a charcoal bbq, it took us ages to put it together and it is a lovely bbq, however we cannot use it as the front handle had the screw and bolt attached and it was done so tightly we couldn’t undo it to fit it in place. We emailed the company on the 1st July and chased them via email again on 6th July but still haven’t had a reply. So we’ve paid quite a bit of money for a bbq that can’t be used.

Nice and sturdy BBQ, easy to assemble.
Cooks well, with safe and easy gas control valves.
Box on arrival +40kgs, make sure you have an extra pair of hands to move it.
Recommended.

After a concerning start when trying to contact customer services, all ended up being great. The bbq arrived on time with good communication and couldn't be happier with the bbq itself. Seems to be a decent bit of kit. Looking forward to using it.

Had to give 1 star as I was unable to give 0 stars. Purchased a Triton Xx BBQ which I assembled over 2 days. I had a loose wire, presumably to ignite side burner (but not sure) sent email to Landmann customer services 2 weeks ago and NO REPLY, wouldn’t purchase anything from Landmann again due to poor after sales service

Love the new steel chimnea. Fantastic price (on sale) and super quick delivery within 2 days. Took 5 minutes to assemble and have a had a couple of great evenings with it so far. Replaced a small cast iron chimnea that had a thin corroded chimney section and this looks like it will last a lot longer. looks great in the garden. Looking forward to many summer evenings sitting round it. If you fancy one of these don’t spend double on a Scandinavian one get the Landmann.

I saw lots of bad reviews, I phoned them to make sure I would get my order and they were very helpful and I got my order as promised and it's good quality. they had a batch of delivery problems as their carrier went bust a while back. Can't fault them now.

Looks fantastic but when you heat the BBQ up with the hood down the interior metal Warps and you cannot shut the hood or open it, I will be in touch with the manufacturer as only used today
Not impressed 😔

Had to contact customer service as I couldn’t find any information or tracking as to the whereabouts of my order.Customer service were very helpful and my delivery was received the next day.
