Fantastic customer service prompt delivery

I recently ordered the wrong item (entirely my fault) and phoned the company to try and sort it out. First plus point, the call was answered immediately. Second plus point, I spoke to a human being and a very pleasant one at that. Third plus point, the matter was resolved without fuss or bother. I thought customer service of this standard was a thing of the past.

Ordered the Ball of fire firepit. Have to say it’s a very sturdy well built piece of kit. Slightly confusing to build but that might be me. Looks great in the garden and it comes with a cover. It is much bigger than I expected but that’s great. Purchase, and delivery were very smooth and I was updated all through delivery process.

I had received an item via the courier from LANDMANN and the box got damaged in transit. As the item was a gift I contacted LANDMANN.
LANDMANN immediately responded and had now sent another item to replace.

Sorry....BBQ purchased l9oks good but much to cold and wet to use. Will be able to comment on use next year . Bought to be prepared for summer 24

I ordered a Triton 4.1 BBQ during the Black Friday Sales. It was really easy to assemble however upon assembly I noticed that the back panel was damaged and I was missing one screw. I popped a message over on Facebook and Scarlett sorted it no worries getting a replacement part out to be on the Saturday. I was so please with the service I ordered some accessories, unfortunately one of the accessories was out of stock, I got a courtesy phone call advising it was out of stock and a refund was processed. These little things make all the difference. Keep it up Landmann.

Great quality bbq and well made but was not impressed with the light which fell to pieces before I even used it, I did E Mail them regarding this but no reply so after sales is a bit of a let down

Purchased a replacement charcoal grill and it arrived perfectly packaged within days. Well impressed with the prompt turnaround.

Two friends have also bought because I couldn’t stop raving about my BBQ and Landmann the company.

I ordered some spares for my bbq as it was end of the season and I would be good to go for whenever the sun shines again. Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately there were 2 items missing. I called Scarlet who arranged for them to be sent out and they duly arrived the next day. Great service and a special thanks to Scarlet at Landmann.

Ordering the bbq was simple and I got a great price for this one. When it arrived I found that the lid was slightly dented but as it was so cheap I didn't think it was bad enough to warrant getting back to Landman. The instructions were easy to follow and it took two of us 2.5 hours to assemble. Looking forward til the summer to use it.

I recently ordered the moon and stars fire pit. Dispatch was super quick, in fact I received it the next day.
Unfortunately the fire pit is of poor quality. Trying to attach the ring section was a nightmare, in fact I gave up! They were manufactured misshapen and therefore would not attach to the pit. If I had known that this product was made in China as per the instruction booklet, I wouldn't have purchased it. It's a very expensive mistake I have made. Disappointed beyond words.

Had to chase them up for a refund after having to return the purchase.
