I am grateful for this team in understanding how critical their role is to the success of my company. As an e-commerce business if we are not able to capture our consumers interest and explain why they should purchase our product, we don’t have a business. When the only way you have to do that is through your website, your partners need to understand just that-this team does.

Professionalism and expertise. Here's my experience broken down:

I used conversionwise redo the design for our new Shopify store. There wasn't much traffic yet, so I cannot advise how the conversions were affected. I can mention the design process and project management was outstanding. I worked hand in hand with a project manager, which was organized and tracked on a Monday.com board. The design quality is outstanding and the turnaround time was just as good. 24-48 hours for any changes, sometimes they were completed same day.

Files are transported in Figma, and they even recommended a developer to handle the technical implementation from Figma to Shopify code.

Our full website with 8 template pages was completed in under 30 days.

I seriously never been more impressed. With giving very little direction and really just one discovery phone calls these guys were able to capture the essence of what I was trying to convey. As an e-commerce business, our website is our livelihood and if they are not able to capture our story and our message and our product in pictures and words we don’t have a company. When quitting Corporate America after 20 years, me and My Husband just wanted to do the right thing. And these guys are the ones that are bringing it to life for us. Thank you.

Initially, I loved the template the guys designed for me, easy to work with and an enjoyable experience. But due to other business endeavours, I had to shelf my business for a year.

I reached back out to Conversion Wise when I started to work on the website again, and they have been so helpful and amazing from start to finish.

We've had a rocky start but eventually ConversionWise team delivered outstanding work!!! Not only do the designs look phenomenal, they also increased the conversion rate by 6%, which means we've got a positive ROI on working with this team after 2 weeks!

When I first engaged with Conversion Wise, their portfolio and reviews set high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing for the price of $5300 AUD (only for the designs, excluding web dev on top)

Design Team Shortcomings:
My initial frustrations were with the design team, who repeatedly missed out on feedback provided and required us to reiterate our requests for changes. We were led to believe there would be a consultative approach, which was sorely lacking. The designs we received seemed set in stone, allowing only for minor adjustments and leaving no room for a different aesthetic direction.

Process and Project Management:
After raising my concerns with Liza, the Head of Sales, the project started to pick up—but only then. Out of a 4-week work agreement, my account manager was unavailable for 2 weeks. With no onboarding call or meaningful dialogue about the design choices, it felt like we were expected to accept whatever was delivered.

Copywriting Woes:
Despite initially being promised copywriting services, these were not introduced until we raised the issue. We even took the initiative to provide our own copy, but the subsequent designs still remained unupdated. It seemed like we had to micromanage every aspect of the project.

Refund Issues:
When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was offered a partial refund of $1,000 out of the $3,400USD ($5315AUD) initially paid for only the web design. This proposal was made under the pretense that I should accept incomplete and unsatisfactory designs. The notion that Conversion Wise would retain $2,400 without delivering serviceable results is deeply concerning and raises questions about the agency’s ethical conduct.

Ongoing Communications:
It’s worth noting that the dialogue about these issues has been ongoing for two weeks as of writing this review, and a satisfactory resolution has yet to be reached.

Overall:
While Conversion Wise may have the capabilities to perform well, my experience suggests you should proceed with caution. I found their communications lacking, their service delivery inconsistent, and their refund policies questionable.

Our company has now used ConversionWise for 2 designs. Both designs were completed in good time. During the process, the team communicated details and updates accordingly and efficiently. It has been great working with them and I would highly recommend! Designs look amazing and we're so excited to launch our new sites!

I've been learning all the principles before putting them to use, but when I did on my client's store the results were showing in just less than a week. They went from an already strong 3,5% conversion rate to an increased average of 7,2%, which is crazy as the amount of orders and average order value increased parallel.

CW delivers everything you hope for when paying a premium(ish) fee for service. Lightning fast turnaround times, impeccable communication, a team that truly cares, and an extreme level of competence at what they do.

If you have an eCom offer that works at sufficient scale, working with CW will pay for itself tens or hundreds of times over.
