I sent them an email about my product being late, in which they replied with a bogus tracking number. It arrived over a month later, however, and then it fell apart shortly after.. worked fine for a light, but was not at all what they advertised. When I tried to leave a negative review on their website a while ago, they deleted it every time I posted it.

I purchased a star lamp projector over 50 days ago and it still has not arrived. It claims it shipped but has no legation info and the DHL link given doesn't exist. This company is a scam and a thief. They take your money and never send the product.

Ordered oct 1st

Bought a lamp back in September with 2 week shipping. It is now November and I have yet to recieve my lamp. I have emailed them 2 times already with no response. My tracking says delivered somewhere in Texas, and I live in Florida.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a lamp 30 days later still no lamp tracking number says it was delivered to a mailbox in LA except I live in Alaska. No response from them no refund.

Like everyone else, ordered a lamp. Never received

Do not order from this company or whatever it is. I ordered a plasma lamp as a Christmas gift for my grandson on December 9, 2019 for $59.95. Finally received the plasma lamp at the end of January 2020. The item came by way of China post and could not be plugged into the wall as it had a European power plug. Also, the globe was cracked. I sent several emails with no response.

Takes your money and doesn't send the product. This company is a thief. Do not buy anything from them. Also the custom service is terrible. Just complete trash all the way around.

Ordered A Falcon Heavy lamp in January. The tracking number they gave was bogus so I contacted them and got an automated response telling me I was just about to receive the order. I tried emailing them, contacting them through their website, searching for telephone number online with no luck. The address the website gives in Toronto is also fake. Its a condominium complex.
Its now almost May, they took my money, I have no lamp, no tracking, no way of contacting them. I assume it is a fraudulent website but I still their adds all over the internet like they are actually legit.

I ordered my lamp 4 months ago and I still haven't received it/ got any money back, even though I sent several emails to them. They just ignore me. Does anyone know what I can do about this? 25 dollars is a lot of money for a hardworking student...

After a couple months my order still didnt arrive. I contacted the company by email, i never had an answer i also tried to contact via a chat on the site itself, no respond. Then again some time later i contacted them via facebook, they responded with asking my ordernumber and then they said that i have contacted the wrong company

Shipment of two star projectors confirmed on 3 December, to date I have received only one and two emails to the company have been ignored (a third sent today).

Do not be fooled by the clearly heavy investment in online presence (smart website, using targeted advertising) as that is where the professional appearance ends.

Expect to receive a package from China with no receipt, note, or anything identifying it is your order placed with this company. No mention of the company at all, in fact. In my case, only half arrived.

Then expect to be ignored when you seek a refund for the missing part. Currently they are retaining $27.20 of my money for literally nothing.
