Misleading Sales

Misleading Sales, Pressure Tactics, Harmful Treatments, and Unprofessional Conduct

I went to L'amour De Soi in August 2025 for a £99 skin tightening offer — that is why I attended voluntarily. However, during my visit, I was pressured into purchasing a 12-session treatment plan. The owner kept me in his room for over 2 hours, convincing me to proceed and claiming his skincare products were a free gift worth over £5,000. Later, he changed his story and demanded £400 for the same products, and at another point claimed they were worth over £6,000. He promised 12 sessions for the price I paid, but only four sessions were actually provided. The cost per session I effectively paid was £324.25, which is over the advertised or actual cost of £299 per session.

Initially, I refused the treatment plan and products, but under pressure, I paid £897 on 6 August 2025. No written agreement, invoice, or receipt was provided, and I was told to “trust them” as everything was recorded in their system.

On 7 August 2025, I contacted the salon twice (via WhatsApp and phone call) to cancel the plan and return the unused products. They refused. I later paid £400 in October 2025 based on the owner’s promise that no further payments would be required, bringing my total to £1,297.

After my third treatment session on 5 November 2025, I developed white patches, visible dents, and facial fat loss on my face . I contacted the salon immediately and was advised vaguely on general aftercare, but no written diagnosis or treatment plan was provided. The owner briefly examined my skin on 1 December 2025, took photographs, and reassured me the issues would resolve, but nothing changed.

During my fourth session on 23 December 2025, the owner demanded an additional £2,392 for the treatment plan and £200 for the same skincare products I had already paid £400 for, which he had previously claimed were free. He denied previous agreements, repeatedly pressured me, and made inappropriate remarks such as, “this is not a Turkish market.” He also discussed his rent and costs extensively while insisting I pay more.

I repeatedly requested their formal complaints procedure and ADR details. On 25 January 2026, the business confirmed they are not part of any ADR scheme and refused to provide a complaints process.

The salon responded to my previous review by stating that I attended voluntarily, that treatments were completed, and that products were used. While I did attend voluntarily, my review accurately reflects my experience of being pressured and persuaded into a 12-session treatment plan, misled about product costs, and experiencing physical harm. I am sharing my personal account and factual experience, based on documented evidence including payments, messages, and photographs.

I am sharing my experience to warn others that this salon pressures vulnerable clients and misrepresents treatments and costs. Please be cautious and do not fall into the same trap I experienced.

Endosphere therapy recommendation

I've been a client of L'amour De Soi for the past 4 years and I did a lot of procedures there - lash lifting, browlamination, microblading (brows), lash extensions and also the wonderful endosphere!
I’m so pleased not only with the professionals working at L'amour De Soi, but the whole environment of the place - it always makes me feel so calm and relaxed.
The last treatment I’m going for there is the endosphere which I can warmly recommend!
I was trying fo ages to get rid of the cellulite at the tights area and a lot of things helped - sport, diet, etc., but couldn’t give me the maximum effect. After just a few procedures with the endosphere (done by Ina!), I began to see the result - the skin of my legs got much more tight and the cellulite was visibly reduced! I’m extremely pleased with the results and the general treatment I get at L'amour De Soi.
Definitely can recommend!

Worst experience ever!!!

Worst experience ever!!!
They pulled on to my lashes so I cried, switched personal while I was lying there without saying anything, talked about is was not the same on both eyes, corrected my brows without asking - didnt even asked how I was or wanted the lashes - they just made their own decision- and now I’m stucked with these ugly lashes!
Afterwards they threatened me with the police because we couldnt agree on the payment though My-Price and the service they offered
This is not servicing - this is not how you run a business!
Dont ever come to this place for lash extensions! Awfull personell
