Amazing customer service

I had a tire pressure light come on for my Evo, took it in unannounced. Was seen immediately, issue resolved free of charge within 30 minutes.

Bad customer experience. We came from the other side of the…

We came from the other side of the world to visit your clothing store - we are from South Africa and owners of more than one super car. The museum was great we had a VIP tour but your staff at the boutique store has a cold & unfriendly attitude. They should be incentivised - get commission to sell as they just stand around and plod along folding shirts which don’t need folding and not paying attention - while some customers stand around asking & waiting for help while others just leave without saying a word. We really battled at your store. We are attending a super car rally - The Grand Tourissimo early next week - my husband will be driving a Ferrari and I am supposed to be driving the Huricane Evo Lambo which I don’t even feel like driving after this - what one would call “sub standard” experience - we were unfortunately pressed for time and had no alternative to buy some shirts from you - but this - that ungrateful and bordering on rude attitude should not be allowed in your store as it will most definitely damage your brand. Two out of three of your young ladies acted as if they were doing us a favour - one of them was flat out rude to my husband when he picked up a shirt to show the lady helping us what size to look for; the one who was helping had a horrible demeanour: unfriendly aloof & cold - the one at the till who rang up our clothes was fine. Overall - we are disappointed - we spent a lot of money at your store but we had a horrible customer experience and won’t be back any time soon.

I will be posting this on trip advisor and on trust pilot as I don’t and won’t tolerate bad service from anyone

I like that this company continues to…

I like that this company continues to release more supercars but the versatility and style is confound if you ask me, I was quite the enthusiast after my father bought a Lamborghini but I hate the fact there are no Lamborghinis that are electric and the we have to wait until 2028 possibly, this company has made so much revenue and they should deliver us the car soon

Too expensive for what you see

The factory tour was interesting enough, however it's not worth the price of the ticket (85€) for an adult. It lasts about an hour and half, you get to see the assembly line, the guide will explain the various phases of etc. nothing exciting. I think a fair price for the tour would be 25€ at most. 85€ for what you see it's not worth in my opinion

Lamborghini never disappoints!

Lamborghini never disappoints! Their events are absolutely incredible, and I’ve had a blast attending several of them. Each one keeps getting better, and the last event at Sonoma Raceway—driving the new Lamborghini Revuelto—was unforgettable! Huge thanks to the organizers, brand managers, and the amazing Lamborghini of Seattle team. You’re all awesome!

Confusing doors

Fast car but my tesla seems to go faster. Also my boyfriend got me a yellow one but I think pink looks better. Overall 6/10 because I couldnt open the doors.

very goo website

Very good website allows me to customize a car and see it in 3D view which I very much like however what i liked most about it is that I can see each and every cars specs which as a car nerd makes me very happy

Don t trust in lamborghini customer care and lamborghini dealers

I ordered two control unit ecu lie for my lamborghini murcielago through official italian dealer
I received them only after 3 months -after pushing customer care a lot (and they everyday promised me will be delivered within a week)
Then. I bring the car to my local dealer (car is in dubai) for fixing them
They kept the car 2 months and charged me 1500 usd !they haven t been able to connect and either start the car saying probably car has wire problem.
I took desperately back my baby and brought it to an indipendent garage here.
He had another sister car and he shifted the 2 ecu lie received from lamborghini italy with the other car,turned on the key and magically ...it works
Basically they supplied me the wrong ecu lie after having gave them the vin number and all the car specifications and after fight and wait 3 months and paid 4500 euros for them
Car is waiting for a replacement of the control units i paid and this since 6 months
Now customer care said me the person follow my problem is off duty and they are studing the situation?
Also the dubai workshop lamborghini is not answering because of the ashame iguess
And he issued me a paperwork that they haven t been able to start the car despite they have been in touch with the main italian factory 2 months every day.
I m asking
Is it possible that they couldn t know that car fitted a different ecu
And again my indipendent garage checked in one day that the problem was coming from no power to the coil and sparking plugs and immediately detected could be from a wrong link between engine and ecu
How can be that laborghini dubai and even santagata techician never though to this
Actually i paid for wrong ecu for unprofessional mechanics from dubai dealer and italian factory
Plus i paid for the checking with an indipendent which immediately got the hassle
Do not trust in lamborghini dealer but also be careful about customer service .they don t help customers.
