I placed an order and heard nothing bar a recognition email that I had placed the order.
I then checked later and my order had been cancelled by these clowns with no email, no reason, no apology, nothing.

Surprisingly good service! Ended up on their page after looking for Lenovo tab p12 pro for ages, and price they offered was really competitive. I was a little bit worried before I placed an order with them due to many scam websites showing up recently. So checked Trust Pilot, company house history, google reviews and their phone line, which was a little bit odd as it worked one afternoon but when rang up on friday the next day I couldn’t get through, like the line was disconnected, however decided to place my order and use Paypal and credit card as a payment option just to be safe. Tablet arrived as advertised, I also ordered folio case also lenovo brand from them as a separate order. The case was supposed to be in generic box but brand new, but actually it came in sealed original box, which was even better. This company is a hidden gem, I wish google search would promote them a bit higher so I could found them earlier. Generally really good experience.

One thing to add, despite tablet arriving fully sealed, someone had already activated a warranty 2 months prior with lenovo- but that wasn’t an issue in the end as when provided Lenovo with invoice they reset it and gave me full 12 months.

The printer I received has grease dirty spots that cannot be cleaned! It's unacceptable for new device.

I had a very clear and fast response on some corrections in the invoice, as also the payment (I had to pay a small extra charge for shipment, due to heavy equipment). So the transaction was easy and very fast. Very fast was also the delivery, I received the equipment in 2 days!

Absolutely useless!

I've chased them 4 or 5 times now for a price and availability on 2TB of DDR5 RDIMMs (128GBx16) for a server upgrade I need to perform. I get that this is pretty scarce stuff at the moment, but following numerous live chats and emails I still haven't even had a response from their sales team 2 weeks later.

I wouldn't mind, but it's only about £30,000 worth of business!

Ordered 8x speed dvd which showed as two in stock but have been sent 16x speed which are of no use to me. Tried to phone but man on other end was impossible to hear have now sent email. why did they bother to send wrong product and taking my money instead of just admitting they didn't have the correct dvd in stock.

They claimed to have the item I wanted in stock, then once they had my money admitted they didn't. Now they tell me I can't cancel the order. I am certainly not going to trust them again.

(No-one refused anything, the website says I can't cancel my order - it was quite clear. I am now assured that the goods will arrive in a couple of weeks, we'll see. I need the kit so I'll just have to hope.)

Item took over two weeks to be delivered despite ordering 1-2 days delivery. Their returns policy is also poor as they only accept items returned unopened or faulty. I found the product was unsuitable for my setup but now can't return it. Would recommend not using this site.

Fast delivery. Product delivered in good packaging. The product was accurate based on the online description.

Ordered xbox controllers for £29, it said a qty of 281 in stock.
Took payment and then I got an email telling me they won't be fulfilling it due to no stock. Liars! Would not trust this lot at all. Will never use again and I suggest you steer clear also.
