I recently purchased a Cisco 8861 from LambdaTek and was blown away by their customer service. From the initial contact, the agents were very polite and responsive and went out of their way to inform me that the Cisco "REFRESH" products could take additional time to be delivered but assured me that an email would be sent to update me regarding my order at regular intervals. True to their word, they updated me throughout, which really made the waiting period much easier to handle. Top customer service responded to any queries on my part quickly.

Moreover, the price they offered was significantly
lower compared to other Cisco resellers, which is a major advantage. Their exceptional service combined with highly competitive pricing makes LambdaTek an outstanding choice for Cisco products. I was so impressed with the features of the Cisco 8861 that I decided to buy the Cisco 8865 from them as well. I will definitely return for future purchases and highly recommend this company to everyone.

VERY PROFESSIONALS. ONE STAR IS MISSING ONLY FOR A SMALL DETAIL AS THE POWER SUPLY WAS IN UK STANDARTS INSTEAD OF EUROPEAN BUT EASELY RESOLVED BUYING AN ANDAPTOR.

The item is in perfect condition, exactly as described and agreed. The packaging and the handling from UPS was terrible. As the result was the display to be dismantled. Hopefully there is no severe damage.

I can't come to any other conclusion than that LambdaTek is simply a scam. I ordered a product back in march which had a 15 day lead time. When nothing was delivered I checked the status and the product now had a different delivery date of June 2026 (yes, 2026)

After inquiring they told me year was incorrect, without specifying it was in fact 2024 but let's assume it was.

That new date was 2 weeks ago but nothing was delivered. Once again I tried contacting them in hopes of canceling the order and getting a refund but I'm now being ghosted. Sent multiple mails to multiple email addresses. After giving them a week to answer: no replies, no refund.

Why is Samsung relevant in this scenario? I ordered an item from LambdaTek, not from Samsung. If your supplier is unable to deliver a part then you should inform your clients and offer a solution/alternative. Shifting blame to the supplier after months of not communicating is not what people expect from a high-rated company like yours.

exact delivery of what ordered and delivered at the exact date .

Ordered a USB-C hub (an Alogic DX3) to run 3 monitors using my MBP.

Tracking was saying it was being collected from the warehouse and I’d asked for before 12 delivery so I called to ask for an update. The person I spoke to was super helpful, explained that the product was being shipped by a third party and that they’d have to check for tracking. The customer service person called me back within 15 mins to update me and sent an email with the tracking details too. I can’t fault that service at all, if anything it was above and beyond what I’d expect and far better than some. I was able to speak to a person and received sensible and reasonable answers and a quick follow up.

The product itself was cheaper than Amazon or the manufacturer by a lot, arrived quicker than they could have shipped it to me and was what it was supposed to be.

I don’t often write reviews but genuinely found this experience worthy of doing so. Too often people on the other end of the phone seem like they’re going through the motions but this chap definitely cared that I got the info I needed and that I was happy.

SCAM OPERATION - FAULTY ITEMS

Sent unprogrammed PC with European power cable. Will not refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Reporting to office of fair trading and ombudsman/watch dog

I ordered XL cartridges but they sent regular ones
(I believe this was intentionally), very complicated return and refund process that I am still in the middle of.

Bought two APs last week, awesome service. Super fast delivery.

I ordered an open frame rack and everything went flawlessly. The item arrived intact and the customer service helped me with the order.

Sent a faulty item, extremely poor communication and difficulty in refunding it.

I was sent a ‘new unboxed’ item which was actually used and broken. It was a huge task trying to get in touch with someone to return it, as when you call up and they ‘transfer’ the line you end up disconnected. I had stated I am disabled and unable to drop something off at a post office yet they sent me instructions to do just that. I requested a pick up instead and they sent someone but didn’t inform me they were doing so so the postie arrived during a meeting I couldn’t excuse myself from and the item wasn’t boxed up. I asked if I could please have my refund asap so I can buy another item as it was very expensive but they have not been able to accommodate this.

Do not trust anything ‘new unboxed’ from them.

Surprisingly good service!
I got the server parts I ordered in a nice protected package at the competitive price listed at the site with no hidden extra charges and within the expected delivery timeframe.
I will purchase from them again.
