I was looking for a particular Epson Printer which seemed to be sold out everywhere, not least on Epson website. Then i found a bunch of internet companies advertising this printer - but when i checked they were out of stock, or delays or problems, despite advertising it. Finally i tried Lambdatek - I had never heard of them before and suspected they might be equally unreliable. However, the printer arrived in perfect condition a day earlier than promised. Very happy with excellent service. Would definitely recommend LambdaTek.

excellent service, quick to respond and sort. A reminder was politely sent for the payment. I replied with my reference number and instantly got the confirmation that all was ok + a track and trace for the parcel.

Ordered a Synology power supply 10am on Thursday and it arrived 10am Friday from Denmark. Genuine item in sealed box. Brilliant.

High price for a small part considering the high transport costs and the long delivery time (17 days to Spain)

This was my first order from LambdaTek and the service they provided was a pleasant surprise. They upgraded my shipping for free AND I got my hands on my new SSD within 24 hrs. of ordering it. Thank you! Only thing I would add that the drive does not have the stated 960 TBW endurance. According to the manufacturer's website it's only 320 TBW for the 2TB model. :(

I needed a replacement power supply specifically for one of my NAS units that had failed. I decided I wanted a genuine product and after searching quite thoroughly I found LambdaTek had a number in stock. I ordered late afternoon, the item shipped the following day and by 08:00 the following morning the unit had arrived and was working before I went out for the day. I am extremely pleased the whole process, especially the speed of delivery.

Reasonable cost, fast delivery

Purchase went smoothly. My delivery has been upgraded from standard royal mail to faster courier delivery for free. So I’ve received more than I expected. I’ll be returning to LambdaTek for sure for any future electronics purchase!

My mother-in-law needed a new HP laptop battery. That was out of stock / discontinued on the HP website, but some reseller links were provided. Unfortunately, these were wholesalers that don't sell to the public. I emailed a few of the wholesalers and was informed that LambaTek was their customer. The replacement battery certainly wasn't as cheap as those available on eBay, but the price difference is worth the peace of mind with regards to the potential fire risk when using a dodgy Chinese battery.

Good communications, speedy delivery on an item no one else seemed to have

Excellent. I placed an order yesterday afternoon and got it delivered this morning before 12. It really cannot be any better than this.

I ordered a bag of screws. I was really excited. I paid for them and they sent them. I asked for no marketing, but they ignored me. I'm not excited about screws any more.

From the initial order right through to delivery Lamda Tek have kept me informed at every stage of the process. I have been very impressed by their courtesy and efficiency.

I ordered a certified refurbished Lenovo Legion 5 Pro from LambdaTek. The price was excellent and the process was smooth.

During checkout, I missed that the estimated delivery date was 6-8 business days instead of next day. Support explained the longer lead time due to the refurbished units being stored in Denmark.

The machine arrived on time and is basically new aside from missing the original box.

The Lenovo warranty was showing 7 months, but a quick support ticket to them with my receipt fixed that and I will be extending it directly with Lenovo.

All in all, a wonderful experience and a great price on a fantastic laptop. I couldn't be happier :)

They had a number available, and it was delivered in Amazon-like time scales. Thank you so much....PS - the product is brilliant for my needs too. Happy customer :)
