Korean Skincare Go To!
This is my go to site for all things Korean skincare! The prices are great and so is the customer service. When an item was ur of stock after I placed my order, they reached out to me right away to replace it with another item that was actually more expensive for free. They also always sent a gift with each purchase!

I was charged $80 for a product sent by…
I was charged $80 for a product sent by UPS that I never received. It is sitting at A depot in Brandon Manitoba. No attempt to reach out to me by phone or by email has been made by the UPS delivery agent. I’m not going to start trying to call a third-party delivery agent at UPS.
I can go buy this product at H Mart in Vancouver on Robson Street in Vancouver and not wait four weeks for UPS to maybe just return it to the Lakinza store in Ontario.
Bad experience don’t use UPS use FedEx or Canada Post

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you. I completely understand how exhausting it must be to deal with a courier that isn’t releasing your package — and you shouldn’t have to handle any of this on your own.
I want to reassure you that we are taking full responsibility for resolving this.
At the time your order was shipped, Canada Post was on strike, which unfortunately left us with limited courier options. That’s the only reason it was sent via UPS instead of your preferred carrier.
That said, the experience you’ve had with UPS’s subcontractor is absolutely unacceptable, and I’m truly sorry you’ve been put through this.
We’ve already reached out to Canada Post to arrange a pickup of your package so it can be shipped and delivered to your P.O. Box. We will stay on top of this and handle all communication and coordination until it is resolved.
I will keep you updated every step of the way until your package is in your hands. If for any reason this cannot be resolved quickly, we will issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to consider updating your 1-star review, as we are fully committed to fixing this for you and ensuring your order reaches you. Your experience matters to us, and we’re doing everything we can to make it right.
