There was an initial with my order and the customer service team contacted me quickly to update me about the order and check if I still was happy to place the order.

Excellent company with real people!!
I had recently purchased the Strada Office Vintage Chair from Lakeland, which is excellent in quality. Unfortunately due to my health circumstances the chair was unsuitable. It was a pleasure and unusual to be able to community with the real people within the business, Natalie, Helen & Lisa, who were more than understanding and sympathetic towards my circumstances. As well as giving me a full refund Lisa asked me to donate the chair to a local cancer charity of my choice.

4 bar stools
We ordered 4 bar stools and they arrived in two days, however two of the bases had a small dent in them. We contacted Lakeland and they immediately sent us two new bases. However we then opened the seats and there was a scuff mark on one so again we contacted Lakeland and received a new seat the following day. Fantastic customer service and the damage was most probably created by the shipping/packing. Excellent service and I would buy from Lakeland again.

Bar stools for the kitchen
These are really lovely stools and just what I was looking for. However, I received 4 seats and 5 bases. There are no instructions included but the YouTube video is available online. The difficult part is getting the protection cap off the top of the 'stem'. The rest is fairly simple. Easy to adjust the height and swivel nicely.
