LagunaWater, NOTHING FAIR OR HONEST...
we have contract with Laguna water, on itself already a bad item, as lagunawater has solo monopoly, there are no competers what makes Lagunawater careless.
We had issues with the MAIN VALVE, what caused the water meter to keep spinning, resulting in a more then double reading of the water bill, complains to Lagunawater resulted in fake promises that the DISTRICT MANAGER would come within 5 days after 6 days contacted Lagunawater, and get to hear Excuses, the DISTRICT MANAGER will contact you within 7 days, that is already 12 days, and no one showed up, by now we have the MAIN VALVE replaced, and the water meter has stopped spinning, but our invoice for laguna water is still priced to the FALSE meter reading, october 2025 5cu.m. November 2025 6cu.m. December 2025 5cu.m. januari 2026 4cu.m. and so on, till june, then the reading changed June 2026 9cu.m. august 2026 14cu.m. september 2026 14cu.m. that is almost 3x the average reading, and lagunawater is not doing anything to correct or resolve the issue, fair would be to set the reading for the past months to a average reading and pay back the deficit or reduce th billing, but Lagunawater does nothing, the manager is not showing, and there is no reduced billing....
we can have the meter tested, but then LAGUNAWATER will test the own meter.... THIS IS FRAUD, this is "BUTCHER TEST YOUR OWN MEAT" and unreliable as a independent tester should give the verdict, not to mention the me as use has to pay for testing the meter....
Conclusion, Lagunawater is a fraudulent and unreliable company ripping of customers, what they can do because there is no competition
