I went to get my cube bike cassette and chain replaced he got me very good deal on the exact parts that i wanted and very competitive price also he fitted everything perfectly at reasonable price too and the bike feels amazing and very smooth again so thank you very much for fixing my bike. Also highly recommended local bike shop.

My bike was dropped of on Sunday for a Service and inner tube replacement, new chain, new brake cables, all the nuts and bolts were tightened. My bike was not rideable when given to ladypool cycles, after they worked their magic it now feels like a brand new bike. They really know what they’re talking about when it comes to repairs, they tell you everything beforehand, no hidden costs, no small print.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get their bike in action again.

Just completed 350 miles on rough ground with a heavily laden mountain bike which didn't so much as flinch thanks to a thorough service from Ladypool Cycles - they even got rid of the annoying handlebar squeak that it's had for 15 years! Friendly, helpful & reliable service - as always. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Really helpful and informative service. I learn something new about bikes every time I go in there! Prices are reasonable and Aziz & Khaled are really friendly too. All in all a brilliant shop.

The chap at the shop was very helpful , got my boys to try the cycles and made sure they were the right size for them , purchased 2 bikes for my boys aged 5 and 7 and ended up buying a bike for myself too

Very good service; given with honesty. Time given to explain to the customer of the features and options with the various bikes. When purchased, they kindly helped with putting the bike in to the car.

I always choose Ladypool for bike servicing because they really seem to know what they're doing and the guys are friendly and welcoming. I have just bought a bike from them and they took a lot of time making sure it fitted me properly.

so far very good service, however the bike i purchased seems to be poorly made by the manufacture i'm returning the bike on sat and will update this review accordingly
