What a joke, ordered a ladder from them. Ladder was defected. Won't refund and won't pick the ladder back up after delivering it. Scammers

A good ladder, but…
Delivery was very quick, and the ladder is light and works well. But there was a lot of aluminium swarf in the packaging and sticking to the ladder. This was difficult to remove and is an unacceptable health and safety hazard. The ladder should have been properly cleaned before being wrapped and despatched.

Absolutely amazing service. I ordered ladders at lunchtime on Monday (via Amazon marketplace) and had them, in Edinburgh, by 2pm on Tuesday. They arrived in great condition and well packaged. Really impressed.
