I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I ordered from La Cuisine Appliances expecting premium quality based on the website descriptions and photos, but the item I received felt cheaply made and clearly not worth the price. Packaging was damaged on arrival, and parts of the appliance already showed scratches and signs of poor handling.

The worst part was dealing with customer support. It took several days just to get a response, and every reply avoided taking responsibility. I was repeatedly asked to send the same photos and information over and over again, which felt like a tactic to delay the process. Instead of offering a proper solution, they kept giving vague answers and shifting blame to shipping.

Delivery was also far later than the estimated timeframe, yet there was almost no communication unless I reached out first. For a company advertising itself as high-end, the overall service was incredibly unprofessional. Between the poor quality, delays, and frustrating support experience, I regret making this purchase and would not buy from them again.

Absolutely frustrating experience with this company. I placed my order expecting a smooth process based on the claims on their website, but everything after payment became stressful. Shipping was delayed multiple times without any proper explanation, and trying to contact customer service felt like a complete waste of time. Emails either went unanswered or received vague replies that didn’t solve anything.

When the appliance finally arrived, the packaging looked poorly handled and the product did not feel as premium as advertised. For a company selling expensive kitchen appliances, the level of professionalism and support was extremely disappointing. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or care for the customer experience.

Do you list your policy of hiding behind service provider incompetence? I am going on 1 year of something still not resolved and all I get is excuse after excuse.

A crack dealer selling stolen appliances under a bridge gives more honest answers/timelines. Time to take this to the next level:

De las peores compañías con las que he trabajado en mi vida. Their customer service was literally horrible. Their sales team gave me misleading information at the time of purchasing the items and then they did not let me return those items. Had to get my attorney involved. Do not engage with this company! They will steal your money and run!

After care is horrible. My new gas cooktop was missing 2 of the rubber bumpers off the grate when I received it. It was reported immediately by the installer. I was told it would take them 22 days to be received in country. More than 3 months later I have not received the parts. I have been told they are not a common warranty item and are hard to get. We asked them to give us some off a display in the showroom and the answer was no. I have had to resort to cutting up a silicone baking utensils to make a spacer for the grate so I can use half of my cooktop.

Order arrived on time, well packed and good condition. Good customer service, going to order more in future.

We ordered household appliances here a couple of times. There were no problems with delivery and warranty. I'm fine with the cheating here.

This is a terrible company, they don’t pick up the phones, or return back to the messages.
