For many years this one was my children favorite brand, now, however, the clothing is practically disposable-after just a single wash, holes appear and the sweaters pill. Worst at all, you can never g... See more

Lacoste customer service is horrible…
Lacoste customer service is horrible and return policy is so useless. They never take back the goods and there is just 1 fellow who answers all customer service calls and just makes excuses each time ! Horrible service from such a premium brand ! Thoroughly disappointed
SCAM: Refused return on NEW item with TAG attached!
"I returned a polo shirt unworn, brand new, with the TAG ATTACHED. Lacoste refused the refund claiming it was 'used'.
They emailed saying there is a 'loose stitch' which cannot be my faulte as i never worn it(therefore is a manufacturing defect!) and 'perfume smell' (impossible, never worn).
They are keeping my money even when i sent the picture of the tshirt, brand new with the tag attached. I have reported this to the European Consumer Centre. DO NOT BUY HERE. Order #51306607."
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a sweatshirt in the sale, washed it once following the care instructions, after which it was bobbly with pulled threads. I have tried and tried to contact Customer Service but they do not respond. I will not make any further purchases from this brand. Shocking quality and expensive!

Since the first week of January, I have been trying to get a refund on an item that was not in the box, left behind bins , outside, not in my safe place.
The box had clearly been tampered with.
No paperwork inside the box.
I was asked to fill out forms and email various forms including id, which I did but they kept saying they had not received
Finally I got confirmation of receipt from them and they said they are investigating this with their courier
That was 4 weeks ago
I received another email today from them, a different representative requested the forms but this time it was mandatory, when they already had them.
Just be aware that buying from them online may cause you issues as I have noticed they try to avoid refunds and ignore polite responses from me
I’m not going away
BTW I have sent 18 emails to date of which 14 was in the first week when they disputed non receipt of the forms
Also you can’t call them
Shoddy. This is a top fashion brand.
Con artists… read the reviews before purchasing
I urge anyone wanting to purchase from Lacoste to pay attention to the reviews. There is a common theme of stealing people’s money and refusing to refund. We returned two items and were refunded for only one leaving us £100 out of pocket. The customer service team were rude and arrogant. They claim that the courier received only one item in the packaging something that we disputed. They claim that the cctv supports this but are unwilling to share the cctv. According to uk law the moment I hand the parcel to the appointed courier I discharge my liability and it is then the problem of dpd and Lacoste. After over 25 years of supporting Lacoste I will no longer be spending my hard earned money on their products.
What has happened to Lacoste
What has happened to Lacoste?
The worst experience all around. From quality, sizing to worst of all, customer experience/service.
Clothes were not true to size. I ordered a few items, return some of them. Received an email about just one item being refunded. Sent an email, no reply. Called- its either go straight into asking me to refer FAQs which has not much answers. And call again, it says your wait is 3 minutes, I hold, after 5 minutes it changes to 6 minutes then 'your time is precious, please refer to FAQs, thanks' and hang up. I still haven't got acknowledgement of order returned nor a reply.
I used to love Lacoste. If this is a public stock, I would definitely short this. I will wait for its administration.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Never buying lacoste again. I returned my items and they did not refund me no matter how many times I called them.

So surprised, i made an order around th 27 th of december , the post delivery service wrote on my app that the parcel was lost around a week after , have contacted Lacoste several times , they answered 2 times out of 7 , and dont answer the questions i ask.
Still havent received my order or money back after almost a month. So bad customer service
Ordered a pair of trainers online
Ordered a pair of trainers online, they arrived and were too big so I returned them. The tracking shows as received back to the depot 16th dec.
I rang just after Christmas to see if they had been received and was advised due to Christmas wait a few more days. After new year I still hadn’t had any confirmation so I contacted Lacoste and was informed the refund was being processed. I contacted again 5th Jan and the received an email to state my refund had been processed that day and to give 3-5 days. Still no refund on 16th Jan so I called again to be told the refund is showing on there side and it would have to be sent to a special team. I still haven’t heard anything or received a refund. Quick enough to take your money but don’t want to refund when an item is returned
Poorly designed winter jacket
I bought the Green Women's Long Oversized Down Jacket, a coat advertized as being to "brave the elements". However, the product is completely unsuitable for proper cold winters as the hood flaps are too far apart to close the and zipper keeps opening by itself if you put any scarf, hat or layer on and don't zip up to the top or have a very small head. Jacket only suitable for above 5 degrees, not colder weather. Disapointing for a brand that claims technical expertize, very poorly designed.
I’m well impressed
I’m well impressed. I ordered yesterday but only offered a standard delivery with DPD :( but FREE delivery :). I expected it next week sometime but was delivered this morning Saturday 17th Jan (next day and I ordered after 12pm). What a pleasant surprise, as this is a birthday present for Monday. Thank you Lacoste and DPD for being outstanding against the norm these days :D.
Lacoste sort your Customer Services out…
Lacoste sort your Customer Services out I purchased some gds before Christmas DPD left outside my home they wasn’t there when I got home I’ve sent proof of the note saying(don’t leave outside my property it’s not safe) but they sent non receipt disclaimer which I filled in but they decided in there wisdom that parcel was delivered successfully so not only did I lose the money but I didn’t receive parcel either
Poor service
Lacoste is the worst brand ever. I first received a worn product and now my return is not getting processed. So dissapointed
Last December I was supposed to send a…
Last December I was supposed to send a return item, But they provide me the wrong label and it went somewhere else, I lost my money.
I had contact them, I explain and show them the email I received for return but I luck, they said that they didn't sent that label. I'm so disappointed I was a very frequent client and this is my first time with issues. Customer service needs more training so they can help more clients. They never try to reach more help on my situation and because of bad communication (email) I lost item and money.
No Refuns and Store Credit Expires Worthless in 90 Days!
Bought a gift for someone from the Vaughan Mills Outlet that didn’t fit well, so went to return it and find out they do not issue refunds, exchange only. Didn’t see anything else of interest and asked for a store credit and they say it’s only valid for 90 days afterwards it will be worthless! Horrible policy. Will never shop at any locoste store ever again once the credit is done. Buyer Beware!
Worn-out product
I received a defective product and now Lacoste is not processing my request. Even after sending details, their response on email is taking very long.
Review for Lacoste Regent Street - Manager Nuria
Extremely disappointing experience for what is meant to be a premium brand.
I visited this store regarding a Lacoste jumper that shrank significantly after being washed strictly in accordance with the care instructions. For a £135 garment, shrinking to the point of being unwearable after normal care is completely unacceptable and indicates poor quality and lack of durability.
The store manager, Nuria, refused to even inspect the item. Instead, she stated categorically that after six months Lacoste cannot guarantee the condition of its clothing, and that shrinking and deterioration after that point is “not surprising”.
That statement alone is astonishing. Customers are effectively being told that Lacoste clothing is only expected to last six months, even when properly cared for.
This is not how a premium brand should operate and directly contradicts basic consumer expectations around quality and durability. Normal washing should not cause a garment to shrink and become unwearable.
What made this experience worse was the attitude. Dismissive, smirking, laughing, talking down to us, and more focused on refusing a resolution than actually listening or attempting to help. No professionalism, no accountability, and no attempt to retain a loyal customer who regularly purchases from Lacoste.
If this is genuinely Lacoste’s position, then customers should be clearly warned at the point of sale. Otherwise, this behaviour is misleading and unacceptable.
I strongly urge Lacoste customer services and head office to review this store, the manager’s conduct, and the understanding of consumer law being communicated to customers. This issue can still be resolved properly, but the in-store handling was disgraceful.
My advice to others: save your money and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of brands that stand behind their products and respect their customers. If you do visit this store, feel free to mention this experience to Nuria. She will know exactly what this refers to.
The worst
The worst - -purchased items in store and when I went to return but I was not allowed because sales person gave me a 10% discount to entice me to purchase and then it was considered a discounted purchase - no where in the store does it indicate no returns of sale merchandise nor did the employee explain that to me - I tried to return items within 2 weeks of purchase. Now I am trying to use online and gift cards are not allowed - crazy. Manager JP (Jean) at Roosevelt Field was not at all apologetic and actually rude. Never shop there again and I am a long-time customer. By the way I made returns before and never had an issue. I called customer service from store and they indicated store manager can make exception but he would not.
I ordered a package of 3 products
I ordered a package of 3 products! After 2 days they sent 1 then 1 more in different parcels, I needed everything in one parcel, 3 were canceled! The money didn't come back to my account! Online chat never works! Emails are not answered ! The site has no support at all! They haven't answered for several days !
Points for the purchase are not accrued on time
My online order went missing and they don't care
My online order went missing and I contacted Lacoste to ask when this would be delivered. The item had been stuck with the courier for over a week. Lacoste said they would update me when DPD got back to them. Lacoste did not get back to me and the item never arrived. I was then refunded for the item but not the delivery charge, even though the item had not been delivered. I then contacted customer service again to request a refund of my delivery fee and Lacoste completely ignored me for a second time. I would avoid ordering from Lacoste online unless you don't mind taking a chance that it doesn't arrive and costs you a fiver to not have it delivered. I am now an ex-customer thanks to their great customer service.
