Originally purchased a few pairs of laces months ago. Initially the communication was lacking regarding eta of delivery. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the product as I couldn't find any local options outside the boring replacement lace options at Walmart and others. The look, feel and quality of the flat leather laces were definitely better than stock laces that come with brand name shoes. I'm also appreciative of the follow-up of the staff as well as the ownership. They took my feedback to potentially improve their products and services.

I’ve purchased from LoopKingLaces months ago but I’ve never received my package, I’ve addressed the issue with the previous owner but he has not made the effort to locate my package nor reissue my purchase, Now recently Upon reaching out to LOOPKINGLACES they now have a new owner who was very courteous and immediately addressed the issue and acknowledged my concern, The new owner immediately issued my laces VIA USPS & I’ve received my package within a few days, I’d purchase from LOOPKINGLACES AGAIN with no issue knowing that my funds are in good hands , THANK YOU LOOP KINGS I really appreciate your help with receiving my laces.

These laces are excellent quality. Also, a huge color selection. You can't find laces in stores except for white or black. This website is easy to shop. I don't look for laces in stores since I discovered Loop King.

Terrible!! The quality of the product is below the lowest. Trying to lace up my shoelaces the faux material just started peeling away. I bought 3 pair of the so called luxury shoelaces and the description of their product on the website is very much so misguiding. Just a waste of $60

These lace are amazing, I received a call from the owner letting me know my order was being shipped with in a few days my laces where delivered. There was an issue with it being delivered to wrong house but customer service reached out to me an assisted me with getting my laces.

Loved the laces…look great!!!! I Did not expect, nor appreciate waiting 2 months to have these delivered. Nor did I appreciate receiving no notification as to expected date of delivery. When I contacted the company about when the laces will be delivered they did respond right away and said they were back ordered. I appreciated the immediate response but would have expected that the company would have notified me of this prior to me having to contact them. I will most likely not do business with this company again.
