I am very happy with the fridge , nice colour , very quiet and good quality.
Shame ,delivery was only to the street door only. It seems ,if you want to buy online big heavy things, you must organise 2 men, to wait for the package.

100% recommend! Bought LG washer/dryer. Amazing communication from the shop. The product was here under 48 hours.

I made an order for a dishwasher on 27.11 - the dishwasher was in stock when I made the purchase.
I didn't receive any updates from the La Casa Del Electrodomestico on the status of my dishwasher until I created a ticket to ask about the status.
It turns out - they don't have the dishwasher in stock! They told me that the delivery will be 5-15 business days - it's been 8 business days already and they are still not providing me an update on where the dishwasher is and are not responding fast to the tickets created.
I immediately ask for a proper update on the order status - we are a family of 5!! And washing dishes in the sink everyday is seriously annoying me when the company got paid instantly.
What a customer service, appalling, the customer needs to chase the company - you guys have a great culture indeed.

Fraudulent seller, keep away. Its now been one month since my purchase. After the arrival of a first broken tv and a second broken tv their after I had to ask paypal to step in so I can hopefully get my money back and purchase the tv I need from else were. This transaction has been a nightmare.

Ordered a dishwasher. Arrived. Put into storage until ready to instal . Opened it. It's obviously been dropped from a height as the top is completely banged in. .
I was also given the extra insurance as it took so long to arrive. .... I am currently trying to get someone to bag the top out from the inside or it's going Inthe bin

This is the first time we have bought something from Lacasadelectrodmesticos, the oven arrived within 3 working days and ever thing was OK. We will buy from them in future.

I had a very good experience ordering this item, I would highly recommend this company Lacasadelelectro domestics pedido realizado.

Do not trust the websites promise of "in stock" items... when the displayed 3-4 days became two weeks!
I had to email them to ask why the item hadn't arrived, and only then did I discover that they didn't even have it in stock, and it would be a further 9-15 days.
I understand that mistakes happen, but they should be the ones contacting me to explain/apologise.

What a bad company, unreachable by phone (they literally just hang up the phone).

None of the ordered electronics (Fridge, Oven, Extractor) meet the timelines they advertise and they dont even bother to inform of delay.

After calling and mailing them several times they finally tell me the fridge is not available till one month later and maybe they can offer a different model (without specifying which model).

All prices were higher than other providers but I based my choice on reviews of this site, I think all the reviews here for them are false as experience until now is horrible.

I have had to order with other providers due to items not being available and the experience is better (at least they answer phone and are more proactive in finding solutions)

Great company to deal with and provide the cheapest prices by far. My order was confirmed immediately and the next day I was informed that my washing machine had been delivered to the transport company.

Delivery to my house occurred a couple of days later. The machine was extremely well packed and arrived safely and with no damage.

Despite my street being too narrow for the delivery vehicle, the driver parked at the top and wheeled the washing machine down our steep hill to my front door. He did not complain and was pleasant and smiley.

Can't fault the service and I am very happy with my new machine. I recommend this company to everyone :)
