1 star less because the shipment took 13 days. I know they make it clear in their terms and conditions, but it seems too much to me compared to other antique sellers.

And the 4 stars are for the good communication and for the AMAZING antique clock I received from them! It's more beautiful than in the photos! Thank you so much!

Bonjour, merci beaucoup for this gorgeous preowned rolex watch! I wanted to leave you 5 stars reviews but unfortunately your website went down when i was purchasing! And i was scared that it was a hacker. If you are doing maintenance you should block your website avoiding any purchase from customers. On the other hand, your checkout process isn't too intuitive and takes too much time. The positive thing is that your site offer multiple ways of payments and I could pay with my prefered one, very confortable when buying luxury and expensive things on Internet. Yes, I'm very satisfied and this is a trusted platform but the aesthetic of the website looks a bit old and outdated, and maybe it makes sense if you sell antiques, but you claim to be a modern selling platform. Anyway.. I'm very happy with my purchase and you offer a very honest service! :)

I'm a professional seller and I was looking for a supplier with very specific items and I found lacantus store. I spoke with them for a month or more (in order to negotiate prices and understand items quality) and I finally decided to purchase 10 antiques from them at the best price ever. Yes, I was a little worried, but they delivered all items in very good condition in time as they told me ! So compared to other online shop.. I have to say: End to end perfection and superb service! I'm completely satisfied and I'll surely come back for more ! Thanks!

A very good experience, but sadly I can't say it was 100% excellent for a little detail! I bought a beautiful omega luxury watch 20% cheaper than in all the other shops (not only as collectible, because I need it for my job) and after making the purchase I tried to contact an employee by phone to explain some important details of how they have to ship the product to my address. I'm temporarily living in a shared house (divided into two parts) that has double mail reception, but the same address (actually, it's more complicated than that). But after calling many times I couldn't get any response from lacantus. I sent them an email to explain that I was calling repeatedly to explain in detail the situation of my address and I immediately received a response by email saying that they perfectly understood my concern and all the details that I had written in my last email "were specified to the shipping service now!". That I can feel comfortable because the shipment is insured and they will never give the package to anyone else other than me! OOOOK, I thought.... thanks for your answers guys! I feel better now!! So I decided to ask them why they did not answer the phone and they told me that they are a french company with very few employees and not all of them speak english and they have customers all over the world who call in different languages and cannot always answer all people! OOOOk! I thought one more time! maybe they shouldn't put a phone number if they can't answer all their customers, right? I don't know! Anyway my beautiful watch arrived on time and in perfect condition as they said! So for everything else (except bad phone communication) I can say it was a great experience!

Extremely satisfied. Although I don't usually write store reviews, I recently bought a beautiful luxury watch from lacantus and I have to say, it was a very nice experience! Even knowing that buying such an expensive item online in other online stores such as amazon or ebay can be risky, I have to say that this is not the case with this shop (at least for me). I bought my item on a monday night and I received it on a thursday! only 3 days! But.... immediately when I received the item I looked up the serial number on trusted.com and what a relief !....... It was an Authentic Luxury Brand Watch! And it arrived in its beautiful official box with a nice "thank you" card from the store!........

I like to collect these beautiful watches, it's not for personal use........ Every 3 months I make a purchase of a unique piece, but on many occasions, it's difficult to search and find what I need. A friend recommended this website to me and he told me that they have a huge stock of unique items, but they are not visible in his store, you have to ask for it (???)..... The only thing I can say is that I'll undoubtedly return for another unique high-end item (surely in 3 or 2 months!)! :) thanks!!
