Like everyone else mentioned they have very poor delivery service and unhelpful customer service. I have ordered a product and it hasnt been delivered for almost a week. They told me its because their system doesn’t sync with Evri so evri courier couldnt read the second line of the address. When i asked my options, they just said “sorry product is out of stock and we can’t send you your undelivered product.”
That was my first order with them and definitely it will be last one. They charge you massive amount of money with super low quality on delivery and customer service.

I have been waiting almost two weeks for a high value order to be delivered and lab series ‘helpdesk’ have all been extremely unhelpful. Chat agents are abrupt and end chats if you ask too many questions, with issues not being addressed. Absolutely shocking customer service which is clearly outsourced to another country. Is it too much to ask to receive an order that has been paid for and to then query should the order not to be delivered? Clearly with lab series that is a step too far in their customer service model. I highly recommend there senior management team review the way in which customers are treated as I have never encountered such a poor service

The most useless customer service imaginable. Looks like it is outsourced somewhere where they appear to translate into English before responding. When they have had enough they disconnect you and you start all over again. Overpriced and outsourced to somewhere where they can’t understand English. Perfect!

Costumer services is a joke ! I placed my order 5 days ago ,it was a present for my father's birthday on Sunday and my order 5 days later is not dispatch... From Monday to Friday they didn't send my order ! Today I was trying to speak with someone via live chat , I was waiting 1.5 hour! and one agent just close the conversation...this is a big JOKE for a company like lab and I will never in my life order again from them...Even a £2 order from eBay the dispatch time is 1-2 days maximum but lab series need a week..The same day I ordered a perfume from Germany and I received it today !

Lab Series has been going down hill for some time now, all the products I loved have been discontinued. Now with the package rebranding to a colour that looks like grey waste pipes, it’s impossible to tell the difference between Lab Series and Clinique, no longer looks like a premium brand. Disappointed.

Products are not good, they are like standard supermarket brand products,
Customer support isn't good either, they promise free gifts/samples with orders (Which were also confirmed on the web page as I ordered online) but they never turn up.... Avoid this brand for sure

Poor on line service. I placed an order enticed that you could select some f.o.c samples. Order was delivered without samples and when queried was told they probably didn't have them at despatch point. Don't offer what you can't deliver!. Will not order on line again.

I encourage everyone thinking about ordering to wait until after lockdown is over. Lots of mailshots and discount offers but no ability to fulfil the order and absolutely no customer service to speak to whatsoever.

Been using their products for two years with excellent results. Always been fast delivery, no problems at all.
If you already use their products, order online for free delivery, free samples and lots of special offers.
If you don't use them, and care about looking after yourself, consider ordering now...
