Do not deal with this company. They take the money, but don't deliver and don't respond.

I ordered and paid for a winter cover for my pool in mid-September. Since then nothing received. My first email enquiry promised a response within 24 hours. Of course there wasn't one, nor to all subsequent emails. If you telephone any of their numbers all you get is a recorded message saying that they can only be contacted by email. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about buying from this company to think again. From my experience it seems that they are either incompetent or dishonest, and possibly both.
