I have used LaBelleVie for years now, especially to find products that I can’t find anywhere else or that require specialty stores. Great customer experience and always on time. Sometimes they miss an item or two and often will replace it with something comparable. Once, an item was missing and they reimbursed me for it. Overall positive experience.

As for customer service, they are attentive, kind, and approachable. They make sure customers feel served. As for deliveries, products often arrive late, broken, or, if not, must be eaten the same day as they are half rotten, especially fruits and vegetables.

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. They never get the order right, the delivery staff are rude and dismissive and even when they want to help they have no way of contacting the depot (no response ever). No phone number for customers. This last order was the last one I will make, I have 8 products missing, and I waited 4 hours for the delivery. As half the stuff is missing the whole thing is pointless and I still have to go shopping tomorrow so I've completely wasted my afternoon and evening thanks to them. The products I have received are crushed after being packed with absolutely no thought or care.
