I purchased two labelers from this company and it took months and months to finally get them and they claimed they had to re-ship one of them because the address was no good but the address works for everybody else so I don’t know what the problem was. However I recently emailed and left messages on the phone number on the website almost 10 times and nobody will respond to me about my printer that now does not work. I just received the printer a few months ago and for it to not work already is unacceptable. I’m very very frustrated! Do not use this company!!
I received the Labeleu printer but the directions and the video I found online don’t really help to figure it out. I don’t care for it and want to return it. No one will return my emails. I get the feeling that this is a scam from China. Very nervous now about the app I now must have on my iPad to run the label maker. The phone contact is perpetually an “out of office” message.
I do not recommend this company. I ordered a labeller (and labels) before Christmas and it still hasn’t arrived despite several communications. I gave a perfectly satisfactory address and they came back looking for a more American style address. Despite several reminders Nothing.
Not trustworthy.
Placed order 2 months ago and never received it. I reached out numerous times to company and they claim they will contact delivery team and I never hear back. They finally promised a refund but of course it never materialized. I am pursuing action via my credit card.
Finally god through to the carriers costumer service!
That have misplaced the package or delivered it wrong.
So NO reschedule and NO pickup.. That do not have the package!
Which means they have now marked it as missing, and you can start a insurance refund with them.
Bottom line…
I HAVE NO PACKAGE
Despite of me reaching out numerous of times asking for a new product or a refund… NOTHING HAS HAPPENED
I ordered this over two months ago!
Now I have spend hours trying to find and resolve this, with complete lack of service from you.
Give me a refund now! I won’t wait for another month or two for this.. It aint worth the hazzle.
You have 24 hours to respond before I will start sharing my experience as many places as I can, and engage legas action to recover my payment.
