Bought a Groupon for an oil change…

Bought a Groupon for an oil change because the reviews were great. Called at 1:10PM and it went to voicemail. Went there at 5:20PM and they turn us away saying to come back tomorrow like it isn’t a big deal and that they were closing early. What kind of business is this? Not a good one!

Groupon doesn’t allow you to create reviews if you have trouble redeeming or request a credit for issues. That is deceptive imo and no wonder they have only good reviews.
