There were only two complaints that I had during the order process of getting my controller. The first was how long it took for them to ship my controller, it took over a month to hear from them.
When I received my controller the paint design was excellent but I ordered a custom home button and there where bubbles on the inside of it and the home button itself is cheaply made. So I give this product 4 stars because the complaints that I made can be easily fixed.

The final product looked amazing but I ordered it on Aug. 27th and I didn't receive it until Oct. 26th. Almost 2 months and I was ordering it for a birthday present. Had this order been on time I would have rated it 5 stars.

Took a little while to get the controller but worth the wait!! And the company was accommodating for the wait. I’m so happy with it and most importantly hubby loves it!! Would recommended these guys to anyone! Thank you guys!

Took twice as long, but the quality 5 out of 5. Feedback was Swift and pleasant. The company needs to improve on there accuracy on there ship dates. Was told up to 5 weeks. Then two more weeks. Finally said next Monday. But it shipped a week after that Monday. So there's room for improvement. I am happy with the product and the company. The next order I'll expect it to take 10 weeks. Note" the paint job was super dope.

I ordered three (3) XBox One Elite 2 controllers from KwikBoys. In case you were wondering, I am not an anime character with a controller in each hand and one for my feet, I was purchasing gifts for people. This was the reason I was willing to spend the extra $$$ to buy from a mod company versus buying from a mass market store. To be exact, two of the controllers were meant as gifts and the third was mine (what the heck, in for a penny in for a pound, right?). I ordered one controller with red lighting, one with green, and a plain vanilla for me back on Aug 10th.

With the pandemic I was expecting a delay. Kwikboy Modz listed a two-week delay from Covid at the time. On Sep 3 my order status was still listed as "Order Received" without any updates so I used their messaging feature to reach out to them for a status update. The next day I received a response that the controllers should be ready the next week. Great!

Well, four weeks later they finally shipped. Fine. Pandemic. The lack of updates or communications kind of sucks, but whatever. Received the controllers on Oct 6. At this point I would like to point out that nowhere on my Resume/CV does it read "Quality Control for Kwikboy Modz" as a job. Thus, the job that paid for the controllers required that I wait until the weekend to test them out (Oct 10). And here is what I found...

There was no controller with green lights. Just two white and one red. So much for a custom Christmas gift. Time to actually connect them up to an XBox and test. The two white ones work fine it seems, but the red one has a left controller that sticks/rubs. That's a problem.

Reached out to Kwikboy Modz again to inform them of the problems with the order on Oct 11. They offered a refund of the $9.99 for the lack of the customization (slipping a $10 in with the controller at Christmas will make the two gifts seem equal between family members, right?). For the sticking controller they had me hand tighten the base as the fix, which actually just changed which angle the sticking occurred at. No good.

At this point I figure I'll just give the two white ones as gifts, get a refund for the red one and try to wash the bad taste out of my mouth from not getting paid as a QC specialist. Reached back out to inform them of the problem remaining and asked for a return/refund on the red controller. And they replied that it was past the return window (which mind you is because of the back and forth messages) and they will be happy to repair it (shipping on my dime) so I might get it by next October. Not so much.

So that is my story. Make of it what you will.

Had about a 4 month delay on my order but I understand with the COVID crisis. Controller is gorgeous and exactly what I ordered. Customer service was very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome job. I got the wood grain Xbox elite controller and was not disappointed. I placed my order in early July, I realize quality takes time but it was the middle of August and I was curious to what the status was. They replied to my email in minutes, then shipped out the product and had it in days. Excellent service. Excellent product!

I have always wanted an elite Xbox controller and when I found out I could customize it i was so happy. The controller looks exactly like I imagined it would, beautiful! The packaging was really good and kept everything safe. It was definitely worth the wait for a custom controller! I already have friends ordering their own from KwikBoy Modz!

The Xbox one controller turned out amazing. They do Amazing work and will definitely be ordering again!!!!

Even though I had to wait about 2 months to get my controller it is everything I hoped it would be. It looks a good as it plays and the customer service was very good at responding to my many questions both before and after purchase. I got all the options changed on an elite 2 and I would highly recommend it.

This is the FOURTH controller I have purchased from KBMZ! They offer more Customization options than any other company I have seen! Choose your specs, and wait for perfection in the mailbox.

Horrible experience. Zero communication to the lengthy delay on my order, to the controller not even being close to what I expected. I ordered an Xbox controller with adjustable triggers, to also include the professional grip back. This controller is the slipperiest controller I have, they might as well put clear plastic on the back as that’s what it is. ZERO grip, in fact, I can’t even use the controller as it’s to slippery. The triggers were meh, my Scuff Prestige and Xbox Elite 2 hairpin triggers provide way better limited movement to fire quickly.

They have somewhat nice designs if that what’s your interested in, but opting to pay more money for the Pro Options, don’t waste your money, total trash.

Visuals are great, feels durable, quality is much better than other brands.

The controller took awhile to be delivered from when I ordered it. I found out it was due to corona virus slowing down materiels they needed. At first it was hard to get into contact with customer service because I would have liked to know why there was such a delay without me sending multiple emails to try and get a response. I will say once I did make contact they did a solid job of keeping me updated.

This controller looks and works beautifully!, and I am very pleased with how it came out. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it took three months to get. So if your going to order a custom controller during COVID-19 (more specifically a custom elite series 2), I AM WARNING YOU it’s going to take at least two months for them to finish, maybe even three like mine took, but you can trust these guys they got the job done and the controller is awesome!
