Seamless process from start to finish with Chris from the Preston store doing a brilliant job with the design and Dan doing amazing job with the fitting. The attention to detail and flawless finish has exceeded all our expectations and I can’t praise them enough. We are over the moon with our finished kitchen.

Excellent choice. We are delighted with the end to end process from the design phase here in Brighton, when the patience and support was outstanding, to the seamless fitting process and the quality and final look of the kitchen. Outstanding professionalism, design service, attention to detail, dedication & patience from start to finish!

We are very happy with our completed kitchen – the KutchenHaus product is good quality and KutchenHaus Orpington have been a pleasure to deal with.

Most of our interactions were with Josh (our designer), Kate and Ryan. Customer service was always exemplary. They know their stuff and were always willing to take the all the time necessary to deal with any questions/ concerns and discuss everything in detail.

Prior to our first visit to the showroom, we knew we wanted something completely different in terms of layout and style. Ultimately, we had a list of problems we wanted to address rather than clear ideas for what we wanted. We knew we disliked most aspects of our old kitchen but we were not sure what was possible.

The journey for our final design was a long one…and that was ultimately due to us wanting to fully explore several completely different designs. At no time did we feel under any pressure to progress from design to order and it always felt that Josh was just as invested in our project as we were.

Once our design was confirmed, we were introduced to a recommended building contractor for installation and the quality of the installation (combined with additional works) was just as impressive as the KutchenHaus product.

Based on our experience we recommend KutchenHaus Orpington.

After an initial visit when just passing, the kitchens in the showroom just looked amazing with that extra edge of quality. Expecting to be out of price range we had our first consult with Stephen ( Chichester ) and after a general design and wish list we were pleasantly surprised and now we have the most amazing kitchen in our brand new family room and it just works. From the numerous visits to the showroom to make adjustments, the site visits to check everything will fit and the delivery of the kitchen was excellent . Adam was our designated installer and his expertise showed it was more than worth while having the kitchen installed by Kutchenhaus. Nothing too much trouble and liased with electricians and plumbers to make everything run smoothly. Our first full use was Christmas dinner for 15 , and it was tested to the max . apart from trying to remember where stuff was it proved it's worth, socially with the island and the functionality of cooking . Absolutely love it . Well done Kutchenhaus house and the Chichester team. Thanks to Pip and Nina for all your help .

I had a new kitchen from Kutchenhaus Petersfield and can’t fault the experience. Mushtak came up with a fantastic design that was expertly thought through from a practicality perspective but also had little features to make the design interesting and personal to us. He also told us when we had ideas that had practical issues (e.g. the difficulty of keeping black taps looking good in a hard water area). I really valued him giving me useful advice rather than blindly just going along with whatever we said we wanted without providing opinion!

Because the kitchen was being fitted in a newly built extension Mushtak did a site visit and spotted a beam was fitted lower than originally planned which meant he needed to slightly alter how the kitchen would be fitted round it - this could easily have been missed and his attention to detail avoided issues when it came to installation. When I raised a very minor issue with the end panel of my island (manufacture issue rather than fitting) the team ordered a new replacement panel without me even asking and also returned several months after fitting to trim down the plinths when our new floor meant they no longer fitted.

Overall, Mushtak, the showroom team at Kutchenhaus Petersfield and fitters were knowledgable, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

looking for a quality kitchen i visited the Sevenoaks kutchenhaus showroom I was very please with the product an the design for my new kitchen which Craig had come up with the kitchen was ordered, fitted and now 8 months later it is absolutely brilliant would recommend this company as the service is first class at every level.

Based on my experience…stay away. Well away. It’s a shame, because I honestly think the kitchen would actually be a quality product. Right from the off, we endured a concerning lack of communication and empty promises which echoed throughout the process (funnily enough, except when payment was due…), starting right from the point of ordering. Work finally began on October 21st last year. Within a couple of days, the worktops were fitted, only for them to be the wrong colour. Kudos to the fitter for NOT spotting this before spending a day installing it!
The good news is that the incorrect worktops didn’t get wasted - instead it was chopped and used as spacers to lift all of our kitchen cupboards up! Yup, that’s right, because Kutchenhaus had messed up on the measurements and obviously wanted to save money on forking out to buy the correct-sized legs to hold the cupboards at the right height. The kitchen plan, for some bizarre reason, had set the measurement to the top of the worktop at 859mm. For those that don’t know the standard height of a washing machine is actually 850mm! Of course you would expect kitchen design AND also the installation ‘experts’ to both be fully aware of this. As you can imagine, it made it very interesting trying to fit the washing machine onto the space supposedly allocated for it! Oops!
This in turn meant we had to wait for another 8 weeks with an almost unusable and definitely unsafe kitchen whilst the replacement worktop and other parts were ordered from Germany - because everything is made and cut to order (This is something else to consider if you are still not quite sure after reading this!). In a nutshell, our whole kitchen had to be taken out and refitted from scratch.
Given that we already had a sizeable snagging list from the first attempt at installation (in addition to the above-mentioned issues) one would have thought an extra special effort would be made to make sure it was installed with extra precision and care on the 2nd attempt. It wasn’t. To be fair I have to come clean and confess this element isn’t specifically the problem of Kutchenhaus Wrexham, but of the installers of the kitchen…but this also just happens be a business that is owned by the Franchise manager of Wrexham Kutchenhaus! It is also interesting to note that Kutchenhaus UK couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge my email to them…

EDIT (post response) Please note that there was nothing wrong with the colour of the splashbacks. We also haven’t referenced any photographs here, I suspect you may be getting confused with a review left elsewhere - but if I knew how to attach photos of the horrors we have been left with here on Trustpilot, believe me I would. However, at no point has there been a ‘temporary installation’ of our kitchen - unless of course you are now considering your first attempt as ‘temporary’!
I would also like to make it clear that you DID NOT offer a substantial discount; I had to ask for it, and that took a couple of attempts before you stopped threatening to pass on our (as then) outstanding invoice to a collection agency, despite the fact that we still hadn’t received all of the kitchen that was ordered!
Whilst you may have aimed to maintain clear and consistent communication, your ‘aim’ obviously needs much more practise!
Finally, if you think that plug sockets and switches hanging out of the walls is a kitchen left ‘safe and usable condition’ then that just about sums up the quality of your work ethic.

Make of this what you will readers, and choose carefully!

Graham was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and truly made our kitchen dream come true. The quality of the products we received was incredible and combined with the workmanship and craft from the fitter, Mick, and the other trades, the kitchen has far surpassed our expectations. We will be forever grateful for the supportive and kind service.

After a lot of research and several viewings we chose Kutchenhaus Chester as the quality and variety of product stood out and the staff and design team listened to what we wanted and produced a design that not only looks good, but really works on a practical level. It’s stunning and we love it

Absolute nightmare. 3 months on we still have outstanding parts. The showroom manager ignores our emails. Have an unfinished kitchen and can’t get hold of anyone.

I would highly recommend Siobhann at Peterborough Kutchenhaus. She is a pleasure to work with. Her design input has been amazing, suggesting little things that make the kitchen look so much better. Siobhann has a great eye for colour combinations too. I have gone back to her a few times to change things and nothing is too much trouble. I have now just ordered my third room (kitchen, utility and laundry). The products are good quality and affordable.

We have used kutchenhaus Swansea a number of times and always been hugely satisfied. From planning and design to post fit checks and sign off the service is impeccable. Staff ensure really high quality products and interesting design built with function and style in mind. Ryan has always ensured our personal style and needs are accounted for and delivery and fitting run smoothly. The fitter, Luke, they recommended was polite and helpful and worked immaculately. When Sarwah came to do post check fits he picked up snagging we hadn’t noticed and made sure everything was perfect before being signed off.
Definitely reccomend Ryan and his team for any future home renovation ideas. We have recommended them to family who were equally pleased with the quality of service and product they got.

a big thank you to kutchenhaus ashford for the excellent work on our kitchen refurb in december 2025 - particularly to Stuart for his design input, recommendations and comms and to Tom for his on- site co-ordination and installation expertise - this major project (for us) went like clockwork and we are now reaping the benefits of our luxury designer kitchen - very highly recommended

We have had a fantastic experience with Kutchenhaus, Swansea. We had a previous nightmare with another kitchen company and Kutchenhaus came to the rescue. Ryan went above and beyond ensuring every detail in the kitchen was what we required. He was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We are thrilled with the new kitchen and Ryan has maintained contact after installation to ensure everything is completely perfect. Thank you!

Kitchen was supposed to be fitted in August 2025.
Still have outstanding issues, missing parts and incomplete information from KutchenHaus.
I get zero communication from the showroom unless i reach out.
I have been lied to by Andy the sales person several times and have lost all faith in the company delivering as promised.
Be very careful with this company.
